Chicken And Pizza Hutt in Central Bedfordshire

*EDIT*Spoke to owner and was very happy with his customer service. He was very understanding, drove the replacement kebab personally and promised to go back to talk to the rude member of staff. Very pleased!Very disappointed. Have been going to this place for years without issue. Chips are luke warm at best. Kebab arrived no salad, no sauce. Argued with the delivery driver that the separate sauces were probably for the kebab but he refused to give them to me. Called the restaurant to be told their really busy and they'll 'send one when they have time'.Didn't ask me what was missing or what sauce was needed.When trying to talk to them on the phone he just hang up on me! Terrible customer service, looks like I'm looking for a new take away place.

Gave my daughter food poisoning would never ever go there again

Ordered two pizzas for delivery at 6pm.Finally arrived at 7.30pm. Told the driver he was late and he claimed delivery was 70 minutes from ordering time. When I explained that he had turned up after 90 minutes and so he was late he started arguing with me and tried to take the pizzas back!Terrible service, bad attitude from the driver. Avoid.

We ordered the family feast 1 tonight (14/08/19) and it was delivered within the hour piping hot, the food was absolutely lovely and portions were more than enough for the 2 of us, delivery service was polite and friendly and the value for money second to none. Food was cold chilli sauce tasted more like curry sauce and ruined my meal. spoke on the phone before I ordered to see what chicken they used in a wrap as I wanted I fillit burger cut up however I recieved chicken stripps which were rock hard. Wont be ordering from here again really disappointed.

Ordered via JustEat. NEVER AGAIN!!Food was late, so we called to check on it’s ETA. The staff told us that the delivery was attempted 30 mins before we called but no one answered. This is nonsense as we are home with the lights on and doorbell and knocker in full working order.I had to go and meet the driver, who arrived on foot, delivering our very cold and disappointing food. Pizza’s were all crushed up in the boxes.When I called the shop to discuss, I was met with a rude and aggressive attitude and absolutely no attempt to accept responsibility for such poor service or an offer of rectifying was the issues. I was told it was a problem to take up with JustEat, which I have. They have point blank refused a refund. astonishingly bad customer service, food delivered COLD and in a TERRIBLE state and a very disappointed family with empty bellies.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Fantastic food and service. Used for my son's birthday party and wasn't disappointed. The order arrived hot and on time. It went down very well with the group of 18 kids. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you.

Real challenge to order from these takeaway . We called to order some food , and had to talk with 3 persons ( cashier , driver and driver mate ) and in the end they still had to check phone maps to find the place we live ( only 1 mile away ) .After food was delivered we've been surprised - small portion and high prices . For the same ammount You could buy much better anywhere else . Driver rough , prices not clear - said one , charged more at the end , and driver wasnt happy to much about mistake which been made because of cashier fault .Wont order again from there - keep those few pounds , hope they gonna make You richer .
