Dalchini Spice in Central Bedfordshire

This Indian restaurant was so good! No complaints and will definitely return. If you aint already you should definitely have a family meal here. Nice staff brilliant food what else can you ask for.....

Overpriced. 2 'normal' main dishes, 1 rice, bombay potato. £30+ not even a couple of complementary papadums and pickles, like most Indian takeaways do. First time of ordering and definitely the last.

Always a delight dining here. The Prawn Curry is delicious. Recommend. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and maintains perfect hygiene.A must try is the newly listed Skywave Gin. Googled and noted the awards presented to this Bicester based distillery. On the rocks was my choice.

Popped in here for a takeaway on a snap decision on the way home from work on Wednesday. Was instantly made to feel welcome and left to look at the menu without interruptions. The restaurant itself has a unique modern look which is different for your typical Indian restaurant, but I loved it.I ordered Garlic Chicken Handi Makani which had good chunks of chicken breast and a nice thick sauce but more on the mild side than I expected, but really tasty. Really enjoyed the Shahhee Pulau rice with nuts really complimented the main well.Chilli Naan was perfectly crisp on the bottom and puffy on the top without getting that horrible wetness you sometimes get from the steam when a takeaway. In addition, when opening the container when I got home no horrible layer of oil or ghee which I think is the sign of a good curry. I must say as well real quick just waited 15 mins, which was fab. I will defo be visiting again.

Decided to give Dalchini a try again years after not such a great meal and I'm glad we did. Fantastic food and service for a Sunday night banquet. Everyone was raving about the food which was tasty, colourful and sizzling hot
