Domino's Pizza Leighton Buzzard in Central Bedfordshire

£2 delivery charge plus rising costs.. I would atleast expect my pizza to arrive on time and warm. Domino's keep making a tonne of profit per year yet still charge more and NOT meet basic consumer expectations.

Waited nearly an hour for delivery, phoned and told it was on schedule for delivery, when it did eventually arrive the pizzas were just warm and my gluten free was so overcooked and hard I could only eat the very centre bit, will not order from there again !

Normally very good but waited nearly 3 hrs even though app said it was delivered. rang continuously until I got through to them and they, said they were having problems with app. pizza will be there in a few mins even though they never took my order number!45 mins later pizza arrived, crushed boxes cold pizza small amount of filling and wedges inedible.Don't blame the app admit you are snowed under that at least makes the long wait understandable

Worst dominos ever!!! Ordered twice this month and it never came on time, first time 1hour and a half after, finally got some cold pizza, and second time, I had to go and get them myself after an hour!! Shame for you dominos, good for the other businesses around that can satisfy their customers and bring their food on time and hot!!

Absolutely shambolic. The last three orders I've placed have taken roughly 1.5hours to be delivered. Keep getting told on the phone the order is out for delivery and should arrive within 5-10 mins. Today after nearly an hour and three quarters, I was eventually told there had been a mistake and the order was to be remade and delivered within 20 minutes. I'm not holding my breath.

Almost 2 hours to receive our order, although the app says delivered after only 40 minutes. After 2 calls to the store the order finally turned on, the boxes were half crushed and pizza was stone cold. Ashame as we've had good service in the past.

Service terrible. 1.5 hour delivery, tells you on the app it’s been delivered 30 mins before. Been a regular occurrence last 6 months! Food not even warm, garlic bread not even cut up, whole order tasteless literally worst I’ve ever experienced!For someone who loves Domino’s ashame to say I woll not be using them again, waste of money due to awful standards.

The tracker stated food had been delivered after 40 minutes however the pizza finally turned up after another 30. It was late and cold, impossible to get through to the store. Looks like the manager is trying to fudge the figures? Would love to speak to them however no one would answer the phone

Service at the moment is lacking. Out for delivery for 35min+ (app thought it was delivered 15 min earlier) driver was delivering 8 orders at a time and ours was last. Luke warm at best. Also forgot drink, driver will be back in 5 mins - 45 min later and still nothing. No one answering the phone. Avoid until they can staff adequately.

Two hours delivery. Arrived luke warm. Missing a pizza. We called after an hour, phone just rang and rang. Terrible service. Basically same experience all the other low star reviewers had. Avoid.
