Golden Well in Central Bedfordshire

Good portions, very clean and not greasy at all

Tastes ok but a bit greasy. Covid must have shrunk their woks as the portions are now half the size. Even the prawn cracker portions were tiny , I think there were about 6 in the tiny bag!!

Enjoyed our first fry of golden well Chinese tonight! Very tasty and recommend! Definitly will be returning from holwell 😋 lovely lady aswell behind counter

I have to be totally honest this is got to be one of the best chineses I've had for a long time. It was really reasonably priced and when we got home it was tasty delicious I couldn't fault the meal all. The lady that served as behind the counter was so polite very attentive and are Chinese only took 10 minutes.I would definitely go back here again value-for-money and exceptionally tasty food the chicken balls were crispy light and piping hot the duck and the pancakes were delicious and the chowmein was fantastic and it wasn't greasy at all. all which is a win-win for me.Will be definitely going here again for a takeaway thank you so much for a lovely dinner. And absolutely love the fortune cookies and I taste really nice as well.

First time takeaway having lived in the area for nearly 4 years and have been really impressed tonight 👍🏻 quick and very friendly service, delicious good size portions. Thanks guys.

Food is delicious! And Tracey that runs the takeaway is always friendly. The chow mien and Cantonese style chicken are my favourite! Highly recommended!

Being new to the area, I was very keen to try this place. It did not disappoint! Lovely staff and food was delicious. All reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.

We're not sure what was in the Sweet and Sour chicken balls, but we all agreed it didn't seem like it was chicken.It was soft, white, and spongy. The last time I'd eaten something like this it was tripe (literally cow stomach rather than a description of this food). Another suggestions was fish.Let us know if it improves, until then we'll go elsewhere.
