Henlow Tandoori in Central Bedfordshire

Takes 2 hours for a 10 minute delivery, don’t read order inscrutions,my food was a waste.

Ordered several curries from this restaurant, couldn’t taste any of the spices, mostly bland and very sweet. Too much sugar in the dishes. Saag Paneer blended bits of melted cheese, would not recommend.

Ordered at 6:45 with an estimated delivery for 7:30, didn’t arrive until 9:15. Tried calling MULTIPLE times but no answer. When it arrived there was no apology and food was nothing special.

Excellent food, consistently ordering from them. Curry is good and prepared very well. Quality Food 👌🏻

Placed an order at 5:34pm. Took over 2 and a half hours to arrive. Tried to call to get an update but no one answered the phone after several attempts. When the ordered was delivered there was no apology or acknowledgement of the issues. The food was just about warm by the time it arrived.

Great quick service but the food was not very good. I ordered a king prawn bhuna and the prawns definitely weren’t king at all they were tiny like normal ones you find in supermarket. The bhuna also wasn’t very flavoursome just purely curry powder and coriander taste and overpowering so no depth etc. garlic naan was dry. Sag aloo was nice and so was the mushroom rice. Couldn’t eat much due to the taste. Put off from here now.

Would rate 3.5 stars if I could.Food was nice but nothing special. You can pre-order online which is great. Good menu choices inc plant based options. Delivery was 20 mins late. After the initial 10 mins delay, I called to be told it will be within you momentarily.

We have been using this takeaway for well over 20 years. It is easily the best in the area. I always collect and usually get a very accurate forecast of when the food will be ready. Lovely people, great food.
