I Spice in Central Bedfordshire

Horrid oily food is the header of this review.Cold food swimming in oil ridiculous wait for food order was placed for 7:00PM didn't turn up until 8:15PM when I answered the door I found a delivery driver crying becuase she had been shouted at by the person in the restaurant she was sent to Royston and we are in sandy big diffrence in Location utter horrid staff when I enquired about where the food was never again will we be using this establishment for food

Just got this tonight, very disappointed and dissatisfied, very very bland no taste whatsoever, never been like this before. Looks like it's only been coloured with turmeric. Never again.

If I could give it a 0 I would. After waiting an hour and half for this food, I found a copper coil in my food, food which was luke warm. After speaking to a employee who I had to send pictures to he told me the manager will call me. One hour later still no phone call. I then call again spoke to the manager who was unaware of my situation and explained to me he can not give me the refund but can give me a discount on my next order. If this was just the korma being cold I would have accepted but it was metal. I explained this was not good enough and at this point the manager spoke over me several times and was quite rude. STAY AWAY.

Another superb takeaway, delivered as arranged. The best, by far, which is why we keep coming back. Thank you, Indian Spice x x

Don't be put off by the initial appearance, excellent food with great pieces of good meat and nicely spiced. The poppadoms were nice and crispy with the chutneys adding that special touch to a take away - well done.

We really fancied an Indian takeaway last night and was recommended by my friend to try I-spice.We did and it was amazingly good the madras was hot and the meat was tender and not dry.The only thing we wasn’t keen on was the keema nan bread my hubby ordered as it seemed a little a little thin on the meat inside other than that brilliantEven my girls enjoyed the korma.Will be ordering again 👌

Really good Indian food at a more than reasonable price.Having sampled Indian food all over, I would say that they do the best chicken tandoori with in the Bedfordshire area.A note though, it is a takeaway place only.

I’m not from Biggleswade but I was in the area and In need of cheering up. The search for my favourite comfort food was on. Luckily I stumbled on Indian Spice and it didn’t disappoint.My meal of Chicken Dansak, Peshwari Naan, Onion Bhaji and King Prawn Tandoori was superb. Not greasy just super tasty. Indian Spice is cheap too.10 out of 10!

Not the usual standard that we have previously experienced, Pathia not like any other I have tasted before, no sweetness and Bhuna bland and tasteless, on top of that the bag had split and one Bhuna fell all over floor only saving grace was they provided a free Bhuna dish, and so not totally ruined. The 10% discount persuaded us to use this takeaway but on reflection should have gone to our normal one.

The worst takeaway ever!!! The order arrived all split in the bag.. it was everywhere. We called for them to rectify this and they said a new order would be brought around. It was BUT they tried to charge us for it. They refused to hand over the order. We then spoke to the manager who raised his voice and was very defensive and aggressive on the phone. Honestly the most rude staff you could ever ever come across. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
