KFC in Central Bedfordshire

Took my money, ain't delivered food....and now ain't answering the phone. Guys I know it's difficult because the majority of you don't speak English but you have to try to engage as not answering the phone is considered rude in this country.

Terrible experience was short changed by a penny ordered a zinger meal with my discount aap told by staff that I could have fillet instead I said no I want what I ordered told to wait meal comes out about ten chips within packet not full had to chase staff for sauces only had tomato and barbecue then further chase for tissues told at front where forks etc and straws are so got up none there and complained to head office

Very good service and fast turn around. The food is good and my order has always been correct. They have space to eat in or take away and I really enjoyed my visit there.

Just terrible! I've never seen anything skimped on this much, they should be ashamed. Certainly not enough to qualify as a meal let alone a 'Boneless Banquet'. One of my 'mini fillets' was more batter than chicken and the food was lukewarm at best.

The last two orders we have received have been incorrect. The first order was our sides and the chicken was oily. Our second order was 4 packets of cold chips and 3 out of the 4 cold drinks were wrong. KFC Bedford may I suggest you get a new manager in to start checking quality control as whoever is there at the moment is not doing his job. Very disappointing.

Honestly, just read the reviews yourself because I don't understand how this place is still in business. I have had the same experience as everyone: missing items from the order and terribly cooked food.How are they allowed to keep doing this to people ..... how many more reviews are required for something to be done about tavistock st kfc - a boycott is needed if you ask me

Out of all my 35 years I have never ordered from a restaurant this unprofessional, the hygiene is appalling, the staff are nasty people very rude and unhygienic, my food had hair in it with everything being stone cold. I’m sorry to say this but telling you this place is unprofessional is putting it lightly.This is the one place that deserves 0 stars!

Very rude staff, gave my daughter food poisoning, insects all around the restaurant staff aren’t bothered, manager picked nose and then prepared food. This place is very unhygienic, I would not recommend visiting this place, this place should shut down.

Giving it a 1 star would be my least option since google doesn’t let me to submit without any star. I have visited at this restaurant few days ago. Seems like they had renovated this restaurant from outside but inside still the same. Staffs don’t follow covid rules, No gloves, no masks, not even wearing a beard cover but works in a good place. Always yelling and arguing with each other in a foreign language that includes with delivery drivers. I noticed a guy from the back keep on starring at my family. I had taken my family for a kfc treat where I had my sister brother mum dad and wife. Guy from the kitchen kept on looking at us in a funny way. My wife had this recorded on her cell phone which I will be reporting this to the KFC head office. I believe they are part of YUM group.

do not recommend. food is stone cold and i have 10 chips and 2 items missing. very disappointed.
