Good selection great value for money

Poor customer service for “click and collect”. I drove there to Pick up, but they were Ignoring long waiting customer in queue. I had to make complaints to manager as well- now I try to avoid M&S online shop, now I try to go John Lewis/Waitrose in Bedford.

I was surprised and amazed at the lack of protective Covid measures. Large proportion of customers and staff without masks or social distancing. There were no Aisles that I could walk down without passing those without masks. I will not be returning any time soon!

Beware if you are considering the M&S Gastro Pub Dine in for £10 offer as it now only includes are very small selection of the Gastro Pub range. Very poor show Marks & Spencers

One of the best shopping places for a special evening or just casual. 10/10 products, selected, many of them unique and tasty as a pink sunset. Highly recommended!Try the M&S wine selection as well 😉 Staff is always polite and kind, helpful and despite all work smiling naturally!

Stopped for a coffee at the coffee shop today. Really cold, had to sit with coat on, not a very good experience. Also, space taken up in the coffee shop with extra chilled units (presumably for Christmas), cutting the coffee shop area in half, literally!I thought M&S could do better, but obviously not. Would not recommend.

It is so consistently cold in this store - I believe they have had issues with the ‘heating/ventilation’ system but there is never a week (when I bring my mother to do her weekly shop) that it does not feel cold. Today it was worse than ever - even while I was queuing for Click and Collect. Sitting in the cafeteria is like sitting in a deep freezer. Surely something could be done to raise the temperature enough to make customers more comfortable?

Very tidy shop with a variety of foods available. We'll stocked up and we'll staffed so getting assistance is easy. It has a great bakery, go in the morning and you're spoiled for choice as to what you want to buy. The staff is very friendly, available parking with a 2hr limit but always make sure you're parked in a space that doesn't attract parking attendants it has just been reorganised since I was last there.
