Mcdonald's in Central Bedfordshire

Isn't anything wrong with it but just a four star since it's basically what you'd except from a McDonald's. Good prices, Clean toilets and facility, but it's probably because I came here in the evening, not sure how it is but probably not better than an evening seeing how it is on the website ILiveHere.com.

Second time I have been given my order with missing items. First time I let it go as I thought it might just been a mistake. Today I ordered food for my family just to find out when we got home that we were short of one wrap. I couldn't drive back due to the distance from our house. Very disappointed.

I waited for 45mins on mothers day morning for breakfast with my 4 grandchildren only too receive my order wrong 3 times. The staff just continually looked at me blankly then looked at each other and smiled as I Complained until I became frustrated and raised my voice and demanded they sort it immediately. Very disappointing visit :(

So I went drive through the girl behaviour was absolutely unacceptable, at first she was talking as if she isn't bothered and when went to pay there was she and a guy beside her she goes to him oh u serve I don't want to serve her . Like seriously whats wrong with her I felt do angry but didn't react at all as it was very busy time and so many cars in queue. So then I went to next to pick my order and asked the girl to give me receipt as I need the girl name who took order and she said yh it inside the bag . So I get home and receipt isn't in there at all.

Questionable service, speed really just depends on how full the building is like any other restaurant. Their chips are sometimes cold.

I went to this McDonalds after a weekend stay in Bedford at the lovely Mercure hotel. I ordered a cheese burger with no sauce (no ketchup, no mustard) and fries.What I received was a cheeseburger dripping in ketchup and refried fries. There was so much ketchup it was falling out. I drove back and asked for a refund. The customer service could do with significant improvement as how could they mess up such a simple order. Processing the refund was a difficult task also which resulted in them giving me the cash. I would have gone elsewhere but given the fact is was 5am after a night out I had to settle for McDonalds and it was all wrong so nothing then.However, I must say after reading other reviews I cant help but wonder if this was some sort of prank...

Never had an issue with their Mcdonalds until tonight. A bunch of immature teenagers serving the food, a kid with curly hair trying to impress his female colleagues by being sarcastic and rude to the customer. Seemed like a joke... not sure I'd visit here again anytime soon..

Horrendous service , bunch of kids running the place talking to their mates that have come to chat over serving customers and swearing at them with kids on the premises, obviously no decent management in the evenings! Staff were stood around drinking hot drinks while I waited 15 mins for 1 burger that was barely warm, with 5 customers waiting Just as long. delivery is always prioritised which is a joke when you have customers waiting inside for ages, Out of the 4 McDonalds in Bedford this is the worst for service and attitude

Every time I order a sweet chilli wrap it's wrapped wrongly, as if someone didn't wrap the wrap but just threw everything together into the package. Yesterday, however, I got finally correctly wrapped wrap, but instead of sweet chilli sauce there was a mayonnaise. I understand that the sauce could run out, but I think it should be said about it. Always some disappointment.
