Mega Kebab & Pizza in Central Bedfordshire

Extremely bad!! Waited 2 HOURS for my food, it was delayed by 40 minutes, when I rang he told me it’s on its way to me I waited another 30 minutes because it still didn’t arrive he was so rude to me on the phone and said it’s on its way again. Disgusting food wasn’t hot. Waited way to long. Bottle of Coke was hot!!!! Never ordering from here again.

Food came after almost an hour, chips were OK but pizza was ruined by delivery driver holding it sideways. Driver accused us of not paying and refused to leave our door. When shown we paid via card he told us to "f off" and stormed off saying he was going to call and report us. Rude people, not ordering here again

The worst experiences. The food was terrible, the entire thing went to waste, the delivery driver really did not know what he was doing, they did not include the drink they charged for, and they forgot to add the utensils requested. Had a couple of bites and trashed the entire thing. Even one star is an exaggeration.

Pizza margherita was good but the farmhouse was disgusting I'm sure they put in expaired ham. Don't recommend

Pizza arrived half hour later than time told it would be delivered. It was cold, we didn't get the chips or dips we had order and we received stuffed mushrooms instead of the garlic ones we actually ordered. Tried to call Mega kebab and pizza several times and no one answered. Appalling service! Won't be ordering again

Ordered garlic bread pieces with our meal.. upon delivery we open the pieces to this... A cooked plain pizza base which is as hard as cardboard.. I call to right the wrong and they basically told me to deal with it as they didn't have garlic bread. Don't charge for garlic bread if you don't have any! Will not be using their services in the future.

I've been ordering kebabs from them for around 20 years. It's now impossible to order kebabs through Deliveroo. They should change their name to Mega Pizza.Shocking customer service. They put the phone down on a Deliveroo customer services advisor who was trying ask them why they no longer list kebabs.I now have to find an alternative kebab shop. I refuse to order from these rude people.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Do NOT order food from here, there're far better places to order local to the area.(Kebab: Stevenage Charcoal Grill, Pizza: Mr. Toppings, Dominos, etc.)Apparently it's normal for prawn cocktail to be covered in "brown" sauce rather than "prawn" sauce. The 4x Garlic bread with Cheese turned out to be a simple 3" cheese pizza. Seriously. False advertising.Horrible customer service, blatantly telling the customer that they're wrong rather than accepting blame for an obvious mistake.Will never order from here again and I'd hope others do the same.

Brown sauce on prawn salad! On phoning they said that’s normal!! Garlic pizza instead of garlic bread. Delivered very late and all cold!

Nice food here. Had Chicken Shish which was good.Went there for a second time and had a nice veggie Pizza. Although the we did not get any chilly flakes or seasoning the pizza tasted very good.
