Morrisons Cafe in Central Bedfordshire

Poor service ordered our meal waited for so long, no salt /no Knife and forks /when asking for some still waited and only bought out 5knifes , there was no one clearing the tables, will not be going there again

Good cafe, staff are very helpful and friendly. Can definitely recommend the breakfast.

20 min waiting time just to place order, where there is hardly anyone in the cafe. One poor lady is taking the orders, prepping the meals, while other is just standing, watching her do all that. Tables and seats not being cleaned as you would expect. Food is just poor, half of it arrived cold. Will not be coming back, that's for sure.

We come here at least once a week. There often seems to be up to half hour wait for food. There seems to be a shortage of staff and, for a supermarket, they always seem to be running out of stuff. Today it's no mushrooms, hash browns, and 10mins to be served, half hour for the food.

Usually good service here, however today it would seem the elite kitchen staff. 4 people in the kitchen 1 poor lady serving and clearing the floor. Waited 10 minutes for our table to be cleaned and prepared. Food cold and incorrect upon arrival. So maybe the 4 in the kitchen need to help out their colleague on the floor so that the food will arrive hot. A whole row of tables dirty when we arrived and still when we left.

Really good value for money and they're adhering to social distancing with perspex up between booths.The breakfast is really good value for money and we come here often.

I had 2 breakfast ordered, with specific items, they came out with 2 standard breakfast, we decided not to take as it is, as some of the food we didn't like from the stock breakfast... They swapped it without problem, happy days.Going back the next morning, as soon as we got to the till, the same lady from yesterday informed us immediately, there is a 20 minute wait for the food - she did not said this to anyone else - but whatever, i accepted the fact, they maybe busy, so we ordered - then sat down. After 40 minutes I had to ask for my food, they simply did not make our order, while many others - came after us - finished the breakfast in the meantime. The food was unacceptable, and I no mean a fussy person, I eat whatever front of me usually, this time I had to leave half of it on the plate. Not going back there again for sure. Worth to mention, in that 40 minutes, I had plenty times to just sit and watch, and 3 other customer took his plate back to them. I'm not expecting any special service, just to bring the order as they took it, there seems to be a problem in their communication chain, or they simply don't care...

Service very slow although i didn't appear that busy. My friend who is vegetarian ordered something suitable only to be told 10 mins later they had run out of vegetarian sausages. Changed order to Beans on Toast. When it arrived he had two slices of toast but on had baked beans on one slice.

Although the prices are great and they've finally added some more decent vegan choices to the menu, this store in particular in Houghton Regis, Dunstable NEVER has any of it in! Extremely disappointing, so much so that we will not be using this store again for shopping or eating in the cafe. We are local but we will give our custom to other stores permanently from now on.

These people really need to get their act together. Of the last few visits it's as though the staff don't care. They had eggs available but could only fry, not scramble or poach. Cutlery is always short too. The wait to be served was ridiculous, and no queue either. Unfortunately I won't be back until it improves, sorry.
