New Rays Chinese Take Away in Central Bedfordshire

This place is either of two things - fairly expensive or has small portions.The food is nice but they did mess up my order and didn’t do nothing about it.Another typical Chinese where you can’t use card for anything under £20 and we all know why they do it.

By far the best Chinese take away I have ever had. I genuinely feel for anyone who has not tried it.

They gave me the complete wrong order nothing of my original order except the rice when I got home I called to complain they couldnt find my order only my card receipt I asked for compensation by way of a credit note or refund to my card they refused I wont be using them again

Recently moved into Shefford and have used New Rays twice and have really enjoyed their food on both occasions. We shall be back !

Wrost experience food quality is very poor, ordered take away and very disappointed. Inform the owner they are not very helpful. Can not recommended to anyone for a proper meal out.

very average food for the prices they charge and quality varies . they also charge 50p for debit card payments no matter how much u spend , i protested as i was spending over £50, but even with the shop full of people waiting and listening they would not forgo the 50p!! charge. poor customer service . unlikely to use again.
