Called the phone line, was left to ring for a few minutes. Called again, a lethargic and disinterested sounding man picked up the phone, and shortly after I started making the order, he stopped me and told me the system wasn’t working and that I had to order online.I tried to order online, but had issues so returned to trying to phone.I tried to call again, and the person in the shop rejected the call, then just left it to ring when I called a fourth time.An hour spent attempting to make a £75 order. Ended up ordering from Pizza Hut. Thanks for making my 7 month pregnant partner wait unnecessarily for ages.

Delicious pizza!! Ordered online, it arrived within 25 minutes! Lots of toppings and proper hot! I am converted to Papa John's!!

Good food, excellent deals, love their potato tots!!

We ordered from Papa John Leighton Buzzard last week and due to a technical fault with the website meat was put on our vegan pizza. I left feedback purely to raise the issue only for awareness of the company. Today I was contacted by the store manager here who discussed the issue with me at length and corrected the previous issue. Excellent customer service!

Wasted £17.99 due to pizza arriving 1 hour 40 minutes after I ordered (which was too late and was in bed). Nobody answered the phone so I could cancel and no manager available on the several attempts afterwards to get a refund. No email back from customer support, either. Use Dominos, as they do have a generous procedure to deal with situations where they can't deliver on time (and they answer the phone!).

All sorted now. Thanks for taking the time to ring and sorting out the order. Brilliant staff 👏 👍🏼

Brilliant service and pizza!! Suprised me and I'm no longer a domino's user

Super fast cooking, we use the app to order and always pickup, very friendly service inside and always cheery and well presented. Pizzas great too.

Ordered food from here for lunch and was very disappointed. Firstly, the delivery man was rude and impolite. Secondly, we discovered that our 'garlic knots' were simply soggy buttery cheesy knots swimming in grease - there was no garlic taste whatsoever! The wedges were tasteless and bland and the garlic pizza bread had way too much oregano thrown over the top. Disappointed, probably wouldn't order again for that price 😒

Tasty pizzas, but said delivery would be half an hour and it was an hour and ten minutes (after two phone calls to chase), so had to reheat. Also, they claimed to have no knowledge of the deal that was advertised on their website. Lovely (second) delivery driver though.
