Very fast service, food amazing, I cannot fault it!

Terrible service! Waited an hour after my order to cancel because their driver couldn't follow a postcode and went the wrong direction.

My regular takeaway option - friendly staff, good selection, always been quick for me. I can't comment on delivery as I always collect.

Food is all ways good and very tasty chicken nice and fresh

Normally order our food from here, won’t be again. We ordered prawn dhansak, prawns were more like frozen shrimps, solid to bite into and at £7.10 a dish we expected King Prawn not mini shrimps. Poppadoms did not taste fresh as they had that old oil taste to them. Such a disappointment.

Order arrived in good time but was missing my drink, contacted and highlighhig and was told they forgot. No apology or remorse just do you need it or you want it for next time!!!!!! The driver came back fairly quickly but bad customer service on telephoneThe Chicken tikka masala was tasteless, thin not great. Will not be using again

Booked a table for 2. Place started to get busy and we were served on time and good service. The starters were good and decent portion as no need to stuff yourself on starters and then don't finished the main meal. The price was reasonable for what we consumed. I would have given 5 star but first, no female waitress and this is not only at Bengal but many other Indian restaurant...which I'm not sure why! Also, the food was OK as for the bryani I ordered as I've had better. But will definitely go again 👍.

Always come here for our takeaways but tonight we mistakenly ordered food on an app from another nearby takeaway. Apologised to the Raj Bengal staff and went to other takeaway to collect order. When I got it home the food was not in the same league as the Raj and went in the bin! One quick call to them and our meal was ready for collection within 15 minutes. Fabulous food and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Used many times before and great food, also used for Christmas do. Ordered and after nearly 2 hours and called. Told it will be 2 minutes, driver has left. 20 minutes later nothing.Cancelled my order. An absolute disgrace. I will be taking my custom elsewhere. If you're too busy, just say. Don't leave hungry, frustrated paying customers.

Amazing customer service and amazing food!I'm a regular here, the food is absolutely flavoursome and tastes completely home made (something you don't always get when you order take away)!Will always come back!
