Had positive staff until an unfortunate accident with drinks got spilled by a waitress carrying to much her attitude became aggressive and sarcastic spent a lot of money on roughly 6 rounds of pitchers spirits and beers bottles of wine to have then staff snub us even when we said is she ok and don’t worry she promptly accused a 75 year man well it was your fault rude staff we immediately took our business up the road where our party of 10 ate, generously tipped and had a fab night never will go back and many locals came in with us and were shocked bar staff rudeness, watered down drinks and unfriendly staff not the place for us if out on special night choose pets up the road staff amazing fun and so accommodating, this was a special occasion temporary spoilt by rudeness

Lovely restaurant, was full when we arrived and saw the place packed, but oddly no one had any food, everyone was waiting for their food.Despite thinking it will take ages to get our food (considering no one had theirs yet) it only took an hour from seating to receiving food.Actually that's too long, there were people walking in, and walking out again, this was because there was no seating available. No seating available because no one had eaten yet.I think more staff is needed. When the food did arrive, I expected more for ÂŁ11.95 worth of burger and chips. 19 chips in a small tub and a small burger,. You know the packs of 4 from Asda, about that size.Won't be returning in a hurry.

Lovely place for a bite to eat or drink. Very friendly welcoming staff, great food at very reasonable prices. Massive menu with something for absolutely everyone, loads of extra options and sides available too. The dessert menu is smaller but the equally as good. Big drinks menu alcoholic and non alcoholic with with milkshakes and juices too. Would recommend to anyone going to Biggleswade this place is a must try if you love your food. Very spacious venue with a nice atmosphere too where you can eat inside of outside.

Went Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat, had a pretty darn good burger loaded with everything really couldn't fault it if you like a burger. Herself had the mac n cheese and was happy, service could have been a bit quicker both that's what you get with teenage staff , all in all we'd go again ;)

Great little cafe/bistro/bar. Thought the prices were high, but then the food came out and it was worth every penny. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Friendly staff and nice place to eat however food was not up to their normal standard today. Had the tapas. The chicken was so burnt on the outside it was not edible. I was told that i would have to wait at least 15 minutes for some more chicken which in the meantime the rest of the meal would get cold so i didn't bother. There was also egg shell in the large breakfast.Disappointed.

The food and drinks that we had for Breakfast were good quality but they forgot half our order and took far too long to cook it hence the low rating. The service staff were very polite and tried their best.

Great place to relax and the food was superb. A great drinks menu and the staff were friendly and helpful. A must if you’re in Biggleswade.
