Good thanks as rushed, manager had a nasty screeching voice being rude to staff and customers

Ordered a sandwich and said no to “cheese and toasted”. I was looking at the board deciding what else to order and didn’t realise he put cheese on and toasted it until it was too late. I pointed out his mistake and he proceeded to have a go at me telling me next time that I need to watch him and “you should have told me if you seen me put it in the toaster”. Attitude stinks.

Always a great choice of sandwiches and can also sit in and eat if you wish staff are helpful

CONTAMINATION!The lady putting my sandwich together took out a footlong rather than the 6inch that I asked for. When I told her, she calmly cut the sandwich and put the second half of the bread back on the shelf. And collected any filling on that part and put it back in the box. So if the person after me was vegetarian or coeliac, they would not know what had Just happened.

Awful! After saying I needed gluten free and asking the lady who worked there to clean the surfaces before preparing it she argued with me and told me "I don't need to worry about that", after seeing all the sandwiched made with gluten prior to that and her not even changing her gloves before handling my bread! Avoid if you have allergies!! Not worth risking your life with the shocking, unsafe and argumentative behaviour.

Had mixed experiences with subway in the past, not uncommon for an order to get mixed up or for them to get low on ingredients early in the day. However, the food itself is usually enjoyable. The prices are usually reasonable and service quick. Things can get a little hectic when things are busy so I'd advise avoiding the lunchtime peak if you're a new customer.

Fabulous food, Delicious and at a good price. However, I did have to wait an extra 20 minutes as they had run out of the meetballs and the footlong sandwich prices were not completely obvious. Prices are also not on the website so it can be hard to find how much things are. Lovely atmosphere and if these issues with pricing were fixed it would be a higher review from me.

I went to this subway on 23rd May and asked for a sub of the day (meat feast) with no ham but extra pepperoni to which i was told they cannot do. I said its fine then ill have the sub of day with no ham. I asked to have added chorizo (50p extra) which i was willing to pay for. After when i was going to pay, i was charged £4.20 instead of £2.99. I asked why but the lady said that because im not having ham in it, i am charged full price. I said to her this should have been mentioned to me before when I placed my order, to which the lady was rude and denied about. Thats redicilous since I am ordering meatfeast sub of day but i cannot eat ham so didnt want it in there. So i paid full price and asked for a reciept. She gave it to me and on my reciept i have been charged for 6" meatball sub and spicy italian £1 extra. Never anywhere else have I encountered such a problem just to have something i cannot eat, to be taken off and charge full price. This is daylight robbery at its finest. I will never return to this subway, they certainly need to learn some customer service skills also!

It's a subwaywhat's on offer is the same all others, it's a small one, there is restricted parking over the road apart from Tuesday and Saturday when you cannot park overly close if that is a concern the staff are polite enough. However to pay that amount for a roll with a few heavily processed bits of filling just doesn't swing it for me, it's basically the cold version of McDonald's with more salt.
