The Airman at Meppershall in Central Bedfordshire

Bedrooms were ok building works going on looks terrible from outside . No cups for a drink tv doesnt work shower didnt work no hot water. No breakfast and no where to have or get breakfast. On a roundabout busy road although not noisy to sleep .very quite considering . Very helpful young man trying to sort out issues. Over pri6

Four of us having lunch were only people in restaurant. So abit gloomy..setting and decor quite nice..

I have stayed the airman a few tears ago and it was really good.It has changed management and it is for the worse. Turkish menu only. No European food, Rooms are very basic bathroom not that clean.They say it is under renovation but I am sad to say not for the better.I would not stay again. ☹️ Dissapointed.

Read review in local monthly.Traditional Turkish cuisine.Went to collect menu and nose around. Met by nice fella called Ali (boss).Menu shows good choices at regular prices. 👍🏾I'll be back, hungry.

Had take away. Wow first time was I impressed. We had chicken meal for two delicious.

For clarity I have only been to the restaurant. On entrance the place is very underwhelming and somewhat dated... Past this the place get infinitely better, firstly with the friendly staff and then the food. It's just excellent. Go and try for yourselves. The prices are good for the quality.

There is a list of, what isn't right compared to the very little good points.The website isn't up to date, first and foremost.This isn't a hotel, it is basic dirty accommodation! The hotel doesn't offer any services for guests, as the bar area is a Turkish restaurant which serves good food but, the staff tell you immediately they are 'nothing to do with the hotel'. You may book a table with a 2 hour time slot for food. The waiter is bad mannered and will only give you basic food information and has no idea which dessert is which and then asked to leave your table!Our room was dirty, cold and lacking furniture like bedside table and a hair dryer. I don't recommend staying there.I will be leaving a fuller review on trip advisor

Called in on a Sunday afternoon, not realise g it is now a Turkish restaurant.We ordered coffee and decided to also have a selection of 'nibbles'.Really tasty food and staff were friendly and attentive. Even bought a bowl of water out for the dog.Will definitely return for a meal.
