A good family show and shine car show.3 generations attending from my family.nice pint and to our surprise veggie burgers on the menu very nice too.good old English pub still serve you straight from the barrel in the cellar.

Old fashioned. Pub with no bar. Unique games room. Great. Will try food on next visit.

Gets better every time I visit! Excellent beer, good and reasonably priced home made food and lovely staff. The pub itself is a quirky old building with bags of character and it has a fair bit of outdoor space too.

A very interesting and friendly pub. Lots of cosy nooks to sit in. A great selection of well kept ales and ciders. Good menu of homemade food, good value for money and good size portions. Camping available in the field behind - what more could you want!

Excellent hospitality brilliant atmosphere lovely food. And a pub with no bar. They bring the drinks to yourselves. But because of covid excellent planning for meals sittings. We will return.

We only parked opposite the pub and went for a walk around the lakes. Was a good walk with plenty of wild life mainly birds.
