Visited the coffee pot for a late breakfast on Saturday, whilst the decor is a bit rough around the edges I was taken back by the food! My table ordered the eggs benedict, a full English breakfast and American style pancakes; all the dishes were cooked to Perfection and came out surprisingly fast. 10/10 for taste, execution and atmosphere. Will 100% be back. It was so good we over paid!!!

Small and 3 tables outside , nice, busy village on the road.Nice coffee, thank you

Visited with several colleagues, the staff were extremely friendly, the food was really tasty and I especially recommend the homemade cakes or scones! :)

Lovely little coffee shop in Ampthill. Table service by very friendly staff who were happy to make pretty much whatever sandwiches you wanted. Very decent coffee too. Made some sandwiches especially for the kids as well. Space is a bit tight if there are a few of you as most of the tables are set up for 2 seats but they were very accommodating and helped move some chairs and tables around to fit us in. They didn't seem to mind the fact our boots were muddy from a walk in the woods (or didn't notice!). Would definitely come back again.

Fabulous as usual! I enjoyed an English breakfast (for lunch) with gallons of tea. Friendly, efficient service too.

·

Just enjoyed yet another amazing afternoon tea at the Coffee Pot- food delicious and plentiful as always!

Very friendly, but the coffee was a little burned and bitter, there are no milk alternatives like soy or almond milk. Mocha was available on request, but was not on the menu. The cakes we ordered were also quite dry.

Had an amazing toastie at the Coffee Pot, one of my favourite is bacon, brie and mango.I love the crispy potatoes and homemade coleslaw, looking forward to coming back to have another one soon.

·

Very poor quality. The cheese and onion toastie was very soggie, the bread not crisp. It came with what we're supposed to be crispy potatoes these were soft re-heated and oily. The coleslaw was very milky and not fresh.A pot of tea for two was the smallest I have encountered and not brewed with boiling water it was just warm water not hot.Overall a very poor experience not to be repeated.Avoid this establishment.
