The Curry Garden & Horseshoes in Central Bedfordshire

My knowledge of Indian food is a bit basic, desert's basic, main meals nice but not mind blowing.only three stars, could do with a new menu.priced ok.

Despite pre-ordering the food still arrived 15 minutes late and was cold. That’s not even the worst part- the delivery driver decided to STEP INTO my house to deliver the food and then proceeded to ask whether I was alone. He only left when I lied and said my partner was upstairs. I was PETRIFIED. I was in fact home alone with a toddler. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be reporting.

Starters arrived 1 hour 30 mins late after prompting the waiters twice, also waited for drinks for 30-40 minutes (few beers and a tap water), and then a further 40 minutes for our main courses.Service was terrible, cared more about their takeaways than customers in the restaurant, the food in the end wasn’t too bad but not outstanding, portions quite small.Won’t be returning and giving a 3 star review based on the service and waiting time.

Stay clear! We recievd a leaflet through the door and thought we would give this place a go. Called at 6.15pm 19th February 2022 ordered for delivery they said will be 1 hour .When it got to 1.5 hours we called and the guy that answered the phone said it was out for delivery. We waited and waited by this time 2.5 hrs had gone by! We called again and the phone was off the hook for 30 mins. When we finally got through he then went to check the kitchen laughable! He then said driver was on route!! 3hrs later my partner gets a call from the driver to say hes lost haha!! We told them to stick there food where the sun dont shine!! Never would I use again ruined our Saturday evening. Awful service!!!

Fabulous food at a great price. Service was very good and Ahmed was a great waiter. The food was fantastic, tasty and piping hot. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a visit, you will not be disappointed.

The best Indian food we've ever had, all freshly prepared. Definitely recommend for eating in and take away. Has a bar and outdoor seating, so not a problem waiting for any take away with a drink outside. Courteous staff.

Just about to prepare an order for later today and realised I’d not left a review before. So I thought I’d better put that right!We discovered this restaurant about a year ago and have had a number of meals, both in and out. It’s a comfy little place to dine in. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food is at least equal to any you’ll find in the area, making it a very pleasant experience.The eating sensations don’t appear dimmed by having the food to go either. The quality does travel and we’ve not had any reasons to give The Curry Garden less than 5 Stars.
