The Firs cafe, Ridgmont, Beds in Central Bedfordshire

A most unexpected delight. Excellent breakfast and mugs of tea. The owners were really friendly and welcoming.

Delicious Bap sandwiches! Hash browns, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms… they will put whatever you fancy! Love it!

Location is in a small village called ridgemont and also a B&B you can order take away or sit in good foo and a great welcome each time we went in

Only stopped for a cup of tea. Meals smelled good, but didn't try them! Don't know what the rooms are like.

I really like this cafe, as they are friendly and their fry up breakfasts are great value for money and the eggs are free range and bacon is georgous! They don't normally open on Saturday's but they have in early 2020. Highly recommended if you need a great fry up or a lunch!

I stopped here for a lunch time cup of Earl Gray tea with work colleagues. It's a quiet place, almost a throw back to the 1980's with its traditional English feel.You won't find many places like this in a modern high Street or shopping mall and that's a part of the appeal.Could it be better? Yes there's definitely room for improvement, but you could say that about a lot of establishments.What you do get is a nice welcome, friendly service, and traditional meals.

We arrived at the Firs and were greeted by the owner and instantly shown to our room, which was a well sized en-suite double bedroom, the B&B itself was very quiet and very comfortable. We chose to have breakfast in the morning which was very good indeed, I would definitely recommend this B&B.
