The Flamez in Central Bedfordshire

Wouldn’t give 1 star. Inedible! Asked for pitta separate and meat was thrown on top of it so was soggy by the time we got home. Doner meat insipid, no taste and had barely see heat and chicken had a funny taste. Only good for the bin

just eaten what they call cod and chips, the cod is a breaded one straight from a supermarket frozen box , rubbish, looked disgusting, tasted disgusting, even the dog didnt eat it.

Just got a delivery I accidentally ordered the wrong kebab and phoned them. They said they had already started preparing but would change it for me. Great customer service especially as it was my fault! Food came quick and fresh.

The pitta, meat and chicken all had a funny smell, questionable 'lamb' shish, very fatty and chewy. Wouldn't order from here again.

Go Next Door to Chicken N Spice!!! For £7 i expected a bit more than 5 small pieces of meat, arrived cold, the salad is seperate and sad looking, this place has truly gone down hill, wont make the mistake of ordering from here again.

First time customers; clean, quiet and comfortable.Excellent quality food; would especially recommend the Chicken wrap: good portion size and tasty! But the chicken burgers and peri-peri chicken were excellent also, and the chips were exceptional!Will definitely visit again.

Second or third time we've ordered from Flames and every time generous portions of really good food. We've had Lamb Diner Kebabs and Chips. Whenever delivered, very prompt. Great food, thank you.

We order from Flamez regularly. They offer great, tasty food and very affordable prices, and provide excellent quality and value. And the service from both the guys on the phone and the delivery team is brilliant. For example, this evening we had a small snafu with our order (first time ever as far as I can recall) as a portion of cheesy chips was missing. I called them as soon as we realised, and within 10 minutes they turned up (Shefford) with the chips. Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Thank you guys!

My go-to local takeaway. We, embarrassingly, order from here at least once a week (sometimes more). Food is always nice and delivery quick. And if you have pretences, just add to the notes and they’re more than happy to oblige. Both kebabs and pizzas are fantastic!
