Staff - Staffs were amazing. We turned up on a very busy sunny day and I can see the staffs are Well trained to work under pressure and handle busy days.Food - Sorry to say the prawn cocktail was not good. Other food we ordered were good. Unfortunately we could try the best out of their menu as they were run off. It’s the best dog friendly pub. Will sure visit again!!

Would have liked to have given it 5 stars as the burger was lovely but a few things need improving.- portion size (chips) could be bigger considering that I paid £20 for one course and a soft drink- staff could be more attentive as it took a while to be served- the menu online needs to be updated as I was after something in particular that they no longer serve when I arrived (chicken and mushroom pie)Overall good and sophisticated pub

Lovely pub, visited after the Bletchley computer museum. Lovely traditional decor, open fireplace and dog friendly. Had lunch and was served by Sammy. Really good service and lovely food. Can recommend the house burger, genuinely one of the nicest I have had in a while. Would definitely visit again and if you are local you should too!

Fantastic visit from start to finish with an extra special mention fir our server Sammy, who went out of her way to help with all queries entailing several trips back and forth to the kitchen for allergy information. The building itself is very warm and welcoming, with just the right mix of new modern, sympathetic renovations and original. Very reasonably priced, and when food is presented, it is evident that the kitchen truly love what they do. More trios are on the cards very soon.

Great service, staff friendly and helpful. I ordered belly pork and added scallops for an extra £4 which I wish I hadn't. They were the size of maltesers & over cooked. Apart from that my belly pork, veg, husbands pie was all lovely.

Had a lovely birthday meal with my mum and daughter. Food was great, the service was a bit slow though, but everyone was friendly and helpful.

Called in for just a midday drink and stayed for a pizza lunch. We received a warm welcome in this authentic country pub set back from the road in an idyllic setting. There was an excellent range of drinks and some lovely food. We sat in the family and particularly dog friendly garden. We have never before been to a pub with a jar of dog treats freely available for your best friend. We shared a delicious Cajun chicken pizza with a bowl of chips. Just enough for a quick snack. The menu had lots of equally tempting dishes on offer. Along with the cozy and well decorated bars and the excellent service it was a very enjoyable break in our journey

Had a date here with Charlotte as our waitress she was brilliant and friendly. Food was delicious and good portion size. Drink selection was great too. Not too expensive either

I really enjoyed visiting the flying fox yesterday with my ladies...the entire experience was fantastic considering they were a last minute choice.Though a wet day, received the warmest welcome from the professional staff on duty. All the managers were exceptional in the delivery of the service, smart, helpful, engaging and waited on us courteously...Matthew, Delvi (I think his name was and the lady).Kept serving us with warm water and lemon as requested, I can't remember how many times we asked for this. LolLocated along A5 towards Luton and Dunstable, 8mins from Woburn Sands high street...parking is a lil restrictive but still free.Loved the ambience and the table settings, the food was so good and the quality and quantity for the pricing so superb...lamb was fresh and nicely done, fish was fantastic, chicken was awesome, starters infact everything! Compliments to the Chef. They had good social distancing guidelines in place and sanitising stations dotted around.Food was warm and tasty, just a few crockery came out dirty (dishwasher must have missed it 😊)We had a 3 course meal and the waiting intervals was just right, and even when more people started to come along we weren't told to leave as we still had some time to just chill and chat with each other.I would very much recommend and might even return for their Sunday roast 😋👌🏼❤️

Don't be fooled by how close this is to a road, it isn't noisy and is a beautiful pub! We went for lunch and it was great.Excellent customer service from all staff, someone to greet you at the entrance and then the table service was second to none.Had the hunters chicken and was pleasantly surprised at their use of a very nice tomato sauce rather than BBQ sauce, along with extremely tender and nice chicken.Plenty of parking.
