The Heath Inn Restaurant in Central Bedfordshire

Stayed as a group of 4 adults in the family room it was spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly, bar was atmospheric and cosy, great outside seating areas too. We did try to book a 2nd night we enjoyed it so much but sadly already booked up.

Delicious food! Some traditional pub grub but the specials are extraordinary.The above was written about a year ago. It is my local so often visit this pub and last night (16th July 2022) I was very disappointed. I wanted some olives to go with my glass of wine. I was told that the kitchen was shut! Bar staff can't open a jar of olives?

Shame it was noisy when we last stayed No early breakfast available, evening meals where available and decent quality & service, planned to stay again after booking a room for 3 nights we got a call weeks later after making the booking cancelling our booking blaming Booking afterbooking.Com be carefull of booking direct.

Very friendly greeting and good room with comfy bed. Only bug bear would be whatever is going on downstairs is loud and disturbing after a long day and early night wanted

French chef from Auxerre! Excellent. Most food home made.Clean rooms and comfortable bed.

Well decorated, comfortable with friendly staff. Would recommend a visit. Love it when the fires roaring and the rains coming down sideways. Also good after a good old walk around heath and reach.

We had a 3 night stay at the Heath Inn. The chef was amazing, excellent breakfast, steak outstanding as was all the food, and a very well organised and quick service. Rob, the manager, couldn't do enough for us; the kitchen staff were very friendly and hard working as were the housekeepers. Rooms were spotless, beds comfy and the room facilities were appropriate. Making the booking was straightforward with lots of communication from Tracy We will return sometime in the future.
