The food came very quickly within 5 minutes! I had lunch with my friends and the staff were very friendly. The food was very tasty and good value. There was also a soft play for young children to play while waiting. Overall, 5 stars definitely.

The food is good but the service is really poor and slow. After waiting half an hour for our order to be taken, we then asked twice before it finally was taken. We had to ask for the bill twice and got brought the wrong one & there were other customers chasing staff to either place their order or pay their bill. There seems to be no table management - there doesn't seem to be waitresses/waiters covering particular sections who would then know who has ordered or not and because the menus don't get taken away, it also isn't clear if people have ordered yet. Staff might assume other colleagues have taken an order when they haven't. They need a maître d' or equivalent to manage the overall running of the wait service.

Disappointing.Slow service, lovely waitress repeated order back to us and still we had drinks missing, I ordered a cookie monster dessert pancake which was forgotten about aswell, they went to check on it but did not came back with an update on how long it would be (or say that it was missed off). Rest of my party had finished before mine came then they started to clear everything from around me.Went for my daughters Birthday breakfast and "due to a fire hazard" they were unable to light 3 candles on the cake at the table, wouldn't let us do it outside either (yet you can have an open flamed BBQ outside in a forest?!)Overall disappointed with service, food and was pricey for a single pancake with a Nutella sachet. Sadly didn't take many pictures other than the best looking one. (Tip would be to add a little sauce in-between the pancakes when stacking as they are dry once you've eaten the first one, so we scraped the sauce off and did it ourselves)

Really good choice to grab some quick brunch! Staff were friendly and was happy to help. They helped guide us to our outdoor table and told us how to order from the app. Really great selection on the menu for both sweet and savoury options. Pancake was really delicious! And my partner enjoyed the omelette which had an range of meats in. Only downside was the drinks took 35 minutes and arrived after our food, which was really needed considering the sweet pancakes. So half way through my partner had to drink an can from his bag. We would Definitely visit again though!

Visited the famous CenterParcs Pancake House, have grown up with the tradition that as soon as you touch down at Center Parcs it's straight to the Pancake House for lunch and dinner!

However quality of food was ok, not amazing as I remember it, It kind of went cold quick. The prices can be regarded as slightly expensive for what you get but its part of the experience.

The monster pancake stack with oreos is a popular choice and if it’s just a snack you’re after, then won’t go wrong with nachos! All in all a decent experience. Not the best Pancake House we've been to but wouldn't disregard the possibility of returning to this one. Have a lovely time at CenterParcs!

Food was good but the service really lets it down. It seemed like none of the staff had any idea of what they were supposed to be doing - mainly wandering around with plates of food, not sure for which table. Repeatedly had to ask for some water for the dogs and where our order was. 4/5 peoples food arrived. Nearly an hour for the last persons to arrive. Also hard to find someone to actually take payment.

Lovely experience visiting this restaurant today with my wife and three little ones. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.Food was nice and kids meals ample.Would like to say thank you to the Restaurant Manager Andrew Frazer who was extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet. Credit for moving from Australia to sunny Woburn!Top Tip:Go with an open mind and enjoy what is on offer for quality family time.Hope to visit again in the morning so distant future.

The pancake House was a lovely place to have our breakfast. Although we didn’t have a reservation before, they were so helpful and friendly, they gave us a table and explained for us the way to order and pay. We received our order within 20 minutes. The pancake was so delicious especially the original with maple syrup. The restaurant was clean, and the prices are reasonable. It is highly recommended.

The worst omelette I ever had. I never realised that someone can make a bad omelette but sicovered it now. Completely dry, probably cooked before and reheated, the vegetables were raw. I asked for olive oil and they said they don't have any. They must be cooking them in gasoline. Disgusting and what a shame for the "cooks". Salad on the side was just raw vegetables with no oil, lemon etc. No bread with it. I am just speechless.

Decided to grab something as a quick brunch before our adventure golf, and it was a good choice.Seated with a booking quickly and had a choice of tables be it very busy that was a nice touch, we ordered the Banofee Waffle and Banofee Regular pancake stack, they came in about 35 minutes which wasn't the quickest for dessert food but it was extremely busy and they explained the Waffle iron kept sticking so they wanted to get it right.Thoroughly enjoyed and destroyed both items of food, which we visited more times than once.
