The Pizza Plus in Central Bedfordshire

We have used Pizza Plus for years and years.This evening however our food didn't show up.After waiting a additional hour wait time we rang to check what was going on to be told it we had it and must be lying. They refused to redeliver or refund and hung up on us.We are so disappointed and upset that we are accused of being dishonest after so many years as customers.

Appalled at the “customer service” ordered 4 pieces chicken and chips, returned home to find only 1 price, phoned up to ask for the rest and had to argue the order over the phone, finally they came to the realisation however we herd nothing but shouting and arguing over the phone from the kitchen staff. I had also been over charged ! I felt too uncomfortable to go back so I strongly recommend going elsewhere!

Great quality, big portion sizes, always delivered on time. Easy to order via their own website. Highly recommended

Not what it used to be. They made a great kebab last year but it's gone downhill, not much in terms of toppings and mediocre kebab at best. The chicken on the grill is tastier.

Massive thankyou tonight to a top kebab shop! My boss said she never had a kebab before so I said pizza plus! Staff provided great food was good n understanding as who I was with struggled with the menu lol garlic bread supreme to eat why we ordered was great too! Top job, they all great lads an all provide a great service in our town! Massive Respect to all of them 😊😊😊😊 #local heroes

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! I called up to ask if their meat was Halal, I was told it was. I replied "Ahh, ok, thank you, bye" very politely. Before I put down the phone, I was asked of I was drunk! Not that it is any of their business but, I do not drink at all, he told me I was drunk and that I shouldn't drink! I did not place an order. In fact, I called them back up telling them not o be so rude and accuse a possible customer of being drunk, I got told to hold the line and at the time I just assumed it was the same person so, I put down the phone.I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was extremely offended and I got upset. I was very polite and to be treated like that is a disgrace!

Ordered two lamb kebabs and chips- all the food arrived stone cold. When we called to complain about this they were very rude and unhelpful and insisted that the food wasn't cold so refused to help.Thankfully we ordered through Just Eat, who were able to refund the order for us. Do not order from here and go elsewhere.

Amazing quality for a fair price. The staff is remarkable, always with a smile and good posture even on a busy night. Delivery employees exceeded expectations. Keep up the good work.

The food was terrible. I ordered a lamb shish large and i got a large amount of salad. With 6 pieces of shish. Ordered chicken aswellIt was cold it was warm it like its been at the hot rack for long time. The bones of the chicken easily breaks i work in a food place so i know how chicken should be. 100% the chicken wasn't fresh at all it taste like its been cook yesterday and reheated today. What a terrible experience i would never go back there

Ordered via phone for a large donner kebab, hot wings and 1 piece of chicken and chips. Order came within 35 minutes. Hot wings were amazing, donner was perfect and exactly as ordered (sauce on the side) and my wife really enjoyed her chicken and chips. The chicken was not greasy and had the right amount of batter, chips also perfectly cooked. Would order again. Keep up the good work guys and dont change a thing with the chicken.
