Poor, poor customer service. We sat 'in' & food was well over an hour so I went to the counter to ask. I was greeted by a stern faced lady who asked my table number and said she'd check and walked off. She then came out and said it was now being cooked but have a free drink! Great - over an hour and it's only just gone in...Around the hour and a half mark food came out, luke warm and missing most of the salad that was requested (not a problem but why ask what salad if its going to be ignored) so we asked for some cheese and bacon instead and we're told that'll be £2 extra!! No thanks, we'll have a refund. Hour and a half for nothing and so far no refund.It's a shame that the customer service is let down by inexperienced staff like the young lady. Good customer service is what keeps a business in business - even when the food is cold and late!I bend over backwards to keep a customer happy so this is a disappointment as I won't come any more.
