Tried yum yum cafe this morning for the first time and will not be going back there. After looking at the set menu I went for the super breakfast but I asked the waitress if instead of tomatoes and black pudding which I don’t like if I could possibly have mushrooms and a hash brown to replace the items I didn’t like. My wife did the same and so did my 2 daughters. The food came fairly quickly and was nice but we were missing mushrooms off my daughters breakfast and my wife’s cup of tea didn’t turn either. When we went to pay at the end I couldn’t believe it was just over £40 and that we had been charged for the mushrooms and hash browns that we were told we could swap for the items we didn’t like. Maybe they should tell people they will be charged for the swapped items in the future.

AKA, the breakfast guy.One of the marks of a good cafe is locals, if the locals are using it you are on to a winner. If you're after a quality breakfast I can vouch that you will find one here. Not greasy, nice thick bread and a decent cuppa. And at a good price.Breakfast eaters of distinction will find our favs of black pudding and fried bread, we don't eat this to get thin, we eat this to get through the day.No free parking, but there is a carpark right next to the cafe. Outdoor seating. Not just breakfast, the menu is varied and open till 4pm.Sausages, thankfully not those poncy hard meat filled things, your gonna get the traditional cafe Sausage, and they are good. All in all a great meal, nice place, great staff.

Don’t know why anyone goes here. Went in for breakfast but left after choking down half a coffee. Waitress spilt it everywhere when bringing it over and setting it down, table got splattered and sugar packets soaked, no apology or even an attempt to clean it up. Menu is fairly limited, almost every meal served with chips. Barely finished our drinks, paid, and left, went to Café Nostalgia opposite instead- much better experience.

I have eaten here a few times and normally the food is alright and the staff are polite but this time as soon as I walked in I got a dirty look from the man behind the counter, then he just crossed his arms and said closed whilst still giving me dirty look. The time was only 4:00pm (they close at 5, he was also on his mobile phone, making a phone call on loud speaker) there was still other customers eating and I was planing on getting my food to take away.

Low cost cafe. Good for breakfast. Friendly staff. Not great coffee but cheap. Think "roadside cafe" and you won't be disappointed.
