Seated straight away, excellent service. Had the standard beef burger, and was asked how I like it to be cooked. Which was good! Also had sweet potato fries, coleslaw, and vanilla (thick) milkshake. I have to say that was the best burger 🍔 I have had, in a very long time 👍10/10. I really enjoyed all of it, will definitely go again!

Update based on today's attempt. We were one of 7 parties at the restaurant. There were two of us. Seated straight away then ignored for ten minutes. No drink order, no food order. No one came when we tried to get their attention so we left.So this place isn't cheap for what it is. There are free refills on fries, so this is worth remembering. The shakes, at circa £5 a pop are OK but certainly not anything to get super excited about.The burgers are pretty nice but again, not amazing. I prefer five guys, shake shack and GBK burgers when compared to this one - however, having had Byron burger in central London - that was considerably better so maybe its just this brach.The staff were fine although it wasn't that busy and it was hard to get their attention when we wanted something.

Byrons food is fine but its pricing is insane. They really need a reality check for a okay burger joint in chelsmford. Even the drinks are over priced. A £15 burger should come with basic fries.

The best compliment I can give is that this burger tasted real, unlike the quarter pounder I was also debating over. That said, it arrived cold. My side of chicken was warm enough, and went down better than the burgers that Byron advertises for. The barbecue sauce was peng.Regardless of temperature, the burger was everything you would want on paper. The pickled onions added balance, the meat itself was seared very well, with the burger cooked to the "pink" tick box on deliveroo. If you want a burger fix, this will do it. If you want anything more than to remember what a good burger should taste like, then I would suggest searching further.On the bright side what were supposed to be 500ml beers were actually 660ml.I did receive complimentary brownie squares;The handwriting on the extra box felt so personal, but the corporate printed label accompanying it makes me feel less special and more calculated, which took away from the possibility of an experience through kindness.The brownies were very chewy and I would be hard pressed to buy them on my own accord. Maybe with ice cream they are delicious.Overall I got my burger fix, albeit cold. These guys will do you well to reach for an imagination's worth of what a burger could be, despite flat lining in the delivery. Still one of the better burgers in Chelmsford.

So disappointing. We used to have Byron for a treat every Friday, we had a bad one a couple of months back but understandably how busy they get we put this down to just being bad luck of having a ‘bad one’ went back tonight for our first time, and am more disappointed then the last time. £53 mins for 2 adults and a child having to pay separate for chips and for the Burger bun to be soggy and wet, chips soggy and cold. Requested a well done burger it arrived pink and barley cooked at all. The audacity of trying to bribe us with 2 chocolate brownies for free for a 5* rating won’t be happening I’m afraid ( brownies were good though)

Really nice burgers and friendly staff. Visited again and bit overcrowded (had pre booked), but food and speed amazing.

Had the Byron Burger here, was very good. The haloumi fries are excellent. And nice milk-shake as well.

The burgers are great! We had the Clucky chicken burger and sweet potato fries. Kids meals were not bad, but the chicken nuggets were completely tasteless and my child did not want to eat them. Super friendly and quick service. Place has a great atmosphere and was really clean.

Enjoyed a truffle vegan burger. Possibly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Really tasty. Only reason I'm marking 4/5 is because of the price. I do think £15 for a burger and sweet potato fries rather expensive. Considering no salad etc on the plate. Vegan salted caramel milkshake was very nice.Staff friendly.

Came here to try it out after having 50% off with the rare card. I was not disappointed at all, I had the pulled need brisket beef burger with a side order of sweet potato fries and an Oreo milkshake. I left super satisfied and full to the Brim. The hole family enjoys the food and my.wife now will not eat a buyer anywhere else. Would decently regiment it. Also the restaurant is very clean as were the toilets the staff were very friendly and accommodating and I would say that the establishment is very wheelchair friendly.
