Service was fast and staff was very polite and smiling. They made sure everyone is ok with their food. My food however wasn’t nice. The egg benedict was overcooked. Instead of nice runny egg yolk I got completely dried up egg yolk and my hollandaise sauce tasted weird, sour and it was very runny as well. I couldn’t tell the waitress that food wasn’t nice when she asked me if everything is ok. I’m not that kind of person. I’ll give it another go and come back at some point to order something else. Hopefully I’ll have better experience and would be able to change my review to a higher one

Super trendy place, busy on the Saturday afternoon when we went - but we were able to get a walk in table for three without waiting at all!Quick & polite service, reasonable prices. My grilled cheese was wonderful, but the skin-on fries left a bit to be desired. My son's chocolate milkshake was served with chocolate sauce drizzled down both the inside & outside.... This gave an amazing appearance, but presented significant logistic challenges - being unable to pick up the glass without being coated in the sticky brown cocoa "glue"!

Found this place by accident and wow the food was amazing, they changed my ham to streaky bacon for me and it was the best eggs Benedict that I've eaten , service was excellent and it was spotless in there 😀

This place is a bit daft to be honest. The food is okay I enjoyed the food I received. However, it's trying to be a bit fancy but they pull it off. That's the end of the positives, the prices are unforgivable... £3 for a diet coke where most of the glass is ice. Come on now behave, that's just unfair. £3 for a black pudding... They don't let you swap breakfast items. The "potato cake" was about the size of a 10 pence piece.I paid £31 for two breakfasts and 2 diet colas... It was nice. But not £31 nice.Plus the owner's sarcastic replies.... Real classy, great look for future customers. Even if the review annoys you, try to be a little more classy eh?

Prices have increased so much we were very disappointed especially when my daughter noticed she had been charged an extra 50p because I have to drink decaf coffee. Never experienced this anywhere else at all not even in the West End of London. Absolutely ridiculous 😱

Veggie breakfast. Two proper veggie sausages, bbq-type baked beans, hash brown with a sprikling of seasame seeds. Delicious. If I hadn't already had three shreaded wheet, two Tunes and two cans of Pils for breakfast, I would probably have ordered another one. Recommended

Drinks good but not sure about a flat white in a glass. Cake portions very generous but victoria sponge would have been even better with butter cream or real cream filling. Lovely friendly staff and fast service thank you

some of the best coffee in Chelmsford, the flat white was perfect. But to top it all off the pancakes with fruit were just amazing. Great service and very friendly... this is a must :)

Just had the most amazing ultimate breakfast.Fully loaded, all cooked from scratch. If you can overlook the waiting time (I'm patient so waiting for delicious food is ok) of around 20 minutes then you're in for a treat. The beans and sausage, perfect. Even the toast with scrambled egg was superb.Price wise, I was happy because I'd rather pay extra for a decent portion of great tasting food instead of overpriced rubbish.Recommended for anyone looking to experience a decent breakfast where everything in the plate isn't just opened tins and supermarket goods.

My partner and I had breakfast here . The pancakes were so delicious, very fluffy and the breakfast sandwich was just as good .
