Costa Coffee in Chelmsford

Just this second came out of Costa Riverside. Not busy at all and the service from both young ladies were just rude. First one taken my order completely ignored me the second basically threw my coffee at me with a there you go!!!.No customer service at all!

Were closing up at 4.15 no tables as chairs were on top of them no outside tables staff swiping the floor round customers feet disgraceful

Amazing coffee and very kind staffs...

My first visit to this branch. Very efficient counter staff. Drinks were ready as soon as we had paid. Thats a first in my experience. The lemon muffin was yummy.

Not the best of venues at lunchtime for a catchup with a friend you haven't seen for years. It was very noisy,there was a group of workers ot students behind us and they were having very a loud conversation between them. It was much calmer after they finished and left the cafe. The coffee and tea cake we had was nice. Service was quite slow. I had to tell one of the assistants about the sad state of the toilet I used. Looked as though it hadnt been cleaned that day. Would not rush back.

Visited for a short coffee break with friends. Ordered Hot Chocolate, Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk, Mini Flat White with Short Bread.. Enjoyed a lot

Walking out of the rain only to find an empty Costa with 5 staff on, all talking and no one cleaning the absolute mess that was on every table. I watched an elderly couple with a young child clean there own table. The lady who served me (Anett, according to the Receipt) just watched while leaning on the counter!!!Dirty toilets, messy tables, staff all talking, I can only assume they just had a very very busy spell of invisible customers ( they was dead when I walked past 20 minutes ago) bad form Costa!!!!!!
