Charming pub with timber beams, a cosy feel and outdoor seating for classic fare & draft beer.

The food was really delicious. I had pork belly from the specials board and it was one of the nicest meals I've ever eaten in a restaurant/pub. My friend had a salad and hoped to have it with salmon, however it wasn't available. My friends were all pleased with their meals. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Another friend requested that instead of a banoffe waffle that he had ice-cream and salted caramel sauce, which they did for him. Overall, a very pleasant meal. Lost a star for not having the salmon.

Nice welcome from the manager on arrival, showing us to table. Excellent Korean chicken starter, followed by the Mother's day roast beef good variety of vegetables. Reasonable cost would consider it value for money.

Really rude staff, who were more interested in flower arrangements (in the womens toilet) than taking my order, I had to follow her around the bar to give my order, and even then she seemed so uninterested. “Service with a smile” seems to be a myth at this place, extremely long wait times on food orders. When I asked a waitress she acknowledged me and said “one sec” and disappeared into the kitchen to serve other customers. After a 30 min wait we were served with tough chewy lamb and dry food, didn’t even eat the rest of my food. Not worth the time and will not be re attending here

Lovely place. Staff were great. Really enjoyed the food. Great atmosphere. Was served by Jade. Again, always happy, helpful and friendly regardless of how busy they are. Also been served by Mel whom was just as nice. Thank you

The food was excellent but the service was slow in fairness to the Grange this was due to several of the staff having covid and therefore being absent. The food is reasonably priced and if you have tesco vouchers for this chain they will accept them. It's a family pub so if you want total peace and quiet you may be out of luck. Book ahead they get busy.

Great atmosphere, even if the music was a little too high for a lunchtime. Food was good, one of the best pub burgers I've had. Very nice and friendly staff.

Food okay just. The problem was the wait, 1hr 10 mins from arriving to being served. Problem appears to be in the kitchen. The front line staff were trying to keep customers happy with free drinks etc... The place will not survive if this continues, any profit is being given away. I would estimate my bill was ÂŁ20 light. Some customers complained food was not cooked, not good when the dishes were chicken.Staff were brilliant but the kitchen needs sorting out.

Surprisingly good. Happy, attentative, friendly staff with on the most part good food. The chef tried a new dish which our table was the only one to try and it was a bad bad failure, but they gave us a different dish instead which means The Grange just about hung on to it's 5 stars in my review. Also they had run out of our first 2 choices of wine, that's bad management, but again I hope they can sort that out. We'll be going back, very reasonable prices for the quality of food - on the most part.

First visit, very impressed. The staff were efficient and friendly. Food was excellent. The decor is nice and welcoming, and although there were several groups dining, it was still quiet enough to enjoy a cosy lunch. Toilet facilities exceptionally clean and well decorated. Also, lovely and warm - no cold seats here!
