Terrible customer service, order did not turn up, previous delivery items were missing. Refund refused. Cut me off numerous times. Don’t recommend until the telephone saleswomen is replaced

Best Chinese takeaway in South Woodham Ferrers. Unlike the competition, their meat dishes are more meat than vegetables. Quick delivery service too.

Really nice food and really nice that they do dim sum.

Not only do the customer service English worker not understand the menu correctly her attitude stinks absolutely disgusting. I'm giving two stars because the food is ok. Won't be returning and the China kitchen English workers don't know their menu either but at least their apologetic, polite and food is tasty.

This used to be my 'go to' Chinese takeaway but after a bad customer service experience I will not be going back.The food is good, but when you pay the price for a takeaway, you want it all to be there when you get home.Sadly this time when I got home, it was missing the rice. So I quickly rang them expecting a sympathetic response. What I actually got was a come back and get it attitude along with a well if you want to wait then we'll deliver.I pointed out that the chicken dish would be going cold whilst i come back or wait so could they re-do that dish seeing as how it was their fault. Answer....no.I don't expect to have to put the meal in the microwave to heat it up whilst I correct THEIR mistake.I went back to get my rice and got a shrugged shoulders kind of sorry mate.Here's the news Hot Wok, work on your customer service. Chicken balls are a lot cheaper than your reputation.So long from an ex-customer. We aren't short of takeaways here.

A fantastic Chinese that has fresh delicious food which is known to be made fresh everyday, great reputation great food and knowledge friendly helpful staff , would not go anywhere else
