let's start with the positives, the food was very tasty and affordably, service was also quick.Now the negatives for the evening:One very rude member of staff.All dishes arrived apart from one, only to find out they didn't have the fish in stock. Had to wait another 15 minutes for an alternate dish to be made.Also, we were served the incorrect dish. Queried to staff, got nothing but rude and obnoxious remarks back. Member of staff apologized 15 minutes later with free shots of limoncello( a little too late!)It is a shame, I heard good things about this restaurant. Won't be returning.

Fantastic food, great service and atmosphere.

I went for a pre show meal with my wife and a friend. Service and food were excellent. You can tell a good restaurant by how busy it is early in the evening and the restaurant was very busy. I am glad we booked.

I had a lovely risotto. Meal before a theatre show very nearby. Quick & friendly service maybe geared for theatre-goers. Great quality food & nice atmosphere bar for someone on this particular occasion seemingly enjoying his voice / laugh more than anyone else certainly did

I went to Chelmsford no booking and managed to get a spot in this busy restaurant, I'd drove past alot of times and it looks lovely so thought I'd give a try. The atmosphere was great, nice music, and the food was well presented. I'd say my tomato, prawn pasta dish could have done with a little more flavour, but still good all the same. The prices are reasonable too. The staff were all friendly, even held the door open to you when you went in and out! I'd definitely go again.

First visit today with my husband very impressed, the food was amazing and served piping hot, staff were very friendly and attentive, generous portion sizes will definitely be visiting again very soon.
