I just had my 50 th birthday party in The bistro using the new party package which the venue, buffet and DJ was all included . I can honestly say the evening was everything and more than I hoped for . From start to finish everything went to plan , the buffet food was perfect , staff extremely helpful with suppliers decorating the venue and then helping to sort gifts and everything at the end of the evening . Such lovely girls working very hard all evening while my friends party d away . highly recommend the venue for a special occasion . Thank you Little Channels and your team for helping to make my big birthday a very special evening to remember .

This was actually really nice little find. Lady serving us today was lovely as well made the lunch a nice experience. And the food portion was fantastic. Will be another to my re visit list

This is a lovely place , We came here for Sunday lunch as a table of 5 , Food was superb , we had Beef , Chicken and Pork as mains , desserts were wonderful too , Service as always superb nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended but be sure to book in advance as things return to normal

We had the traditional afternoon tea and it was delicious. The coffee and tea were endless as described, the food was very fresh and it came on a really cute stand which added a great touch to the meal. Staff were welcoming and tentative. The place is a beautiful tudorian building tucked away in the green, so you feel quite relaxed. The atmosphere was so calming, we did not want to leave.

Went to the bistro after a wedding viewing. Had the full English brunch. Lovely plate of food a super friendly staff, really made sure we were enjoying our meal.

Great venue for our office Christmas party. The staff were friendly and the food was ok, although a bit bland. The turning off the country road can be easily missed especially in the dark so look out for the sign - suggest this could have some lights!

Afternoon tea for 10...always keep the tea top up...staff friendly and welcoming...

Lovely surroundings. Called in for elevenses. Had a very reasonably priced cup of tea. We were able to sit outside in the lovely weather. Very peaceful. Free parking in the grounds. Polite and friendly staff, with efficient service. Chatted so long we stayed for lunch! Again, Lovely and reasonably priced. My only criticism - they didn't offer any cakes unless you are having an afternoon tea.

Attended a small function there and all was handled very well. The sandwiches and cakes were well supported by slices of warm larger sausage roll- very welcome even on a hot day. The coffee was good but, as a tea drinker, I enjoyed the tea. Often tea is not good but this was the exception: maybe teapot brewed?

We have booked our staff Christmas party there. The venue on its own it's beautiful.Unfortunately the dinner and service were not great at all. My roast turkey dinner was a big disappointment. The portion would be more suitable for a child than adult. The service was very slow. It took ages to get some vegetables.I am not sure how it's works there when you come just for a dinner but I definitely won't be returning there.
