McDonald's in Chelmsford

Chips never cooked and orders are always wrong and the staff are always flirting which is awkward to watch and uncomfortable and unprofessional, I know this is Mc donalds but please keep the flirting for outside work drinks maybe

Visited late Saturday night no eating allowed inside dread to think of all the rubbish now scattered around the town. Security barely spoke world of English, Had to wait outside for 15 minutes despite barely anybody inside and no explanation. Have to order from my machine doesn’t give receipt or proof for of order number

Town centre location which means handy but busy. Also ordering machines never give receipts & although they have table service signs this is never an option. Seating next to walls are not sealed so food and stuff stuck down the sides. Staff too busy to be friendly or even give eye contact. Loads on standard menu not available most of time. So unless you want burger, fries & come probably try elsewhere.

Who doesn't love a cheeky mcdonalds? Was pretty quick but extremely busy!! They need alot more front house staff to maintain the hygiene since the floor was quite nasty and tables were quite gross.

Fast food? I hate to see slow food 😡 took ages for service every table was filthy food and paper all over the floor not one member of staff cleaning also due to the fact that we had covid nobody bothered to write down the self-service tills and the staff could do with a mic or calling out your order number a little bit louder so you can here to collect your order. Also could do with being a little happy and where is the menu broad advising too much not enough time to read the screen. And why are the hand dryers in the toilets out of date, considering but not the modernised it and they have the money to afford to buy decent at hand dryers.Considering it is a multi-million pound business.

As McDonalds should be, had a funny experience, perhaps it was lunch time there was two wraps missing from my order. Mentioned about this to one of the staff members. They promptly made us 2 new wraps. Whilst I was waiting realised people are taking other people's orders randomly, wonder if I was part of the random social experiment, just wondering!!!

located in 36/37 High St, Chelmsford.very good customer service. neat and clean atmosphere.kiosk are available, so no need to wait in the queue for ordering food if you have card.

Service was poor & the restaurant was extremely dirty. I feel slightly sorry for the staff though as they were trying to deal with a group of 30 chavs that had decided to start climbing on chairs and disturbing everyone else, they might need to start hiring security here. Not a great experience, would rather go for a drive through instead

I haven't had a maccy Dee for a long time.i have developed a bad dairy intolerance,plus quit eating meat years ago.But wanted to try the new plant based burger.must admit it was very tasty.

Quick and easy I recommend this to families with not much time. All the staff are helpful and happy to help. Went there on a Saturday so it was slightly busier but family still enjoyed it. They sent out vouchers to the local areas.From my experience I found there are Deals for a £1.99 Big Mack on the back of receipts however I am vegetarian so please can we have a offer on receipts for vegetarians also a few more options for vegetarians.
