Millies Cookies in Chelmsford

I have never felt compelled to review a Millie’s Cookies stall before but the team here are lovely, the decorations are incredible. Just picked upThe most amazingly decorated jubilee cookie for a party this weekend. What a friendly, kind and talented team.

Very delicious ice cream, had a taster and the missisipi mud pie was my favourite and then the birthday cake one. Worth the visit!

Pip Holden made us a stunning Totoro cookie cake for our trip down to the Cotswolds. We were beaming most of the way- may be a tad exaggerated but seriously made us so happy! Very detailed and clearly Pip takes great pride in her work. Over the moon to have it turn out so well

I asked to buy 24 cookies and was told no and asked me to come back 30 mins later as if I bought 24 cookies it wouldn't leave many cookies for other customers. What is the point in having 24 cookies as an option if you then try to put the customer off from buying them?

Ordered a box of 12 cookies all 12 was at least 2 days old they where rock hard or off tasting. Asked for a refund and got told they don’t know how to do it and that I’m lying. Offered them to try them and taste it for themselves!Poor customer service, horrid cookies bever order from here!

Staff were lovely, so this review doesn't include service comments. Visited the Chelmsford store on a whim, haven't had Millies cookies in years and used to love them. Spent £15 on a box of 12 mixed variety. These were vile, even my 4 yo took a mouthful and turned them down in disgust. Shame, they used to be a lovely treat! What a waste of money! Can get 5 thick, chewy and delicious cookies from Sainsburys for a couple of quid. Never again!

Classic cookies that my family and I have been having since my children were born. The cookies are great and the fresh and wide selection of cookies is great and always pleases the kids. The family favourite is definitely the white chocolate and raspberry. Highly recommended!
