Mozza Pizza And Kebab Takeaway in Chelmsford

Greasy chips that are actually fries that have been allowed to defrost, then been under cooked, before being sent out. A Medium kebab, that didn't really qualify as a kebab in any way. The meat was obviously 1x a lamb steak cut into 5 pieces!? - I don't think that getting indignant on the phone and saying well so you only ordered a medium, adequately explains the tiny portion size. - I got a refund through deliveroo but would never order from them ever ever again. I don't think anyone mind paying for food in terms of market rate for things like lamb that may be expensive, but to try to cynically palm people off like this place clearly does, is just plain annoying!

We ordered from here at the weekend and the food was excellent.I myself love Donner Kebab or Shish Kebab.The price for a Donner is very good.In the past I used 2 different shops and both of them put their prices up to beyond the amount we would spend on a takeaway. If the prices stay the same we will definitely be using here again.

Nice food but doesn't come with what it says. It has no naan AND pitta as listed on the photo from website. When we phoned we were told it's not both even though it usually comes with both...🤷🏽‍♀️

For the price, I think the food quality is excellent

Don't bother, doesn't matter how good the food is they deliver nearly an hour after they were supposed to and lie to you on the phone about traffic at 9pm on a Friday night

I have recently moved from Galleywood down to the waltham end of Chelmsford and have been to mozza a few times now. The only thing I have not tried is the pizzas. I can honestly say that today's meal was one of the best I have ever had. The kebabs were amazing and the dough balls were to die for. Mozza is fast becoming my favorite takeaway in Chelmsford. The staff are polite and helpful. And you can se 90% of the food area there and it is clean and the staff are hygienic. I would recommend mozza highly to all that wish to try it. Like I said I have not tried the pizzas but if ther rest of the food is anything else to go by I'm sure they too will be just as amazing.

Its ok. Not the best food but not the worst. Kebabs are alright.. nothing to write home about. Chips are frozen and usually come soggy. I've had a burger from there once.. burger is rubbery cheese on top is not melted just a cold slice. No salad in the burger. Bun isn't toasted and just cheap tasting.

Often order from here but tonight awful. Chips and onion rings are clearly frozen and deep fried but weren't even cooked ok. Was told there was a 10 minute delay on top of an hour wait but told should be here by 7.40pm. Arrived at 8.10 and just awful.I have to say the sides particularly the chips are very hit and miss but last few times ok. This tonight has reaffirmed that I won't order again from them for a while. Absolutely awful and making a sandwich now.

Pizza was okay, very flat and crunchy. £8 for a mixed kebab that turned up with 2 bits of each meat in, definitely not worth the money and wasn't editable. Won't be ordering from here again.

Without a doubt, the worst takeaway I’ve had in my life. The donner came without a fork and there was no sauce in the burger meal or donner. Very dry and a waste of £15. The best thing about the meal was the coke with it.I genuinely feel upset. My son’s in tears next to me.
