Muffin Break in Chelmsford

Good coffee and small choice of nice, gluten-free American-style muffins. Shame they don't do a wider choice, as a win over their competitors round the corner. Clean, modern.

Very clean and lovely staff. Have taken one star off because of limited vegan choices.

Love it here, good coffee and my little girl loves the cookies. The staff are always very nice too.

I just had a coffee in Muffin Break. The coffee was nice and hot. Would visit again.

We popped in on a Thursday lunchtime for a chicken & chilli wrap and coffee and fresh food so all was good here !

The only reason I've given it a 2star, is I found it a bit wrong that the staff and customers have to share 1toilet..you had staff n customers queuing to use the Toilet. Bit off putting when you're trying to eat lunch(perhaps if I'd been sitting somewhere else and not been facing the toilet) then it would of been higher... But other than that, it's a lovely place to sit, great selection of food, great coffee, staff are polite and helpful..

Good value. Pot of tea is £2. Lovely Mud Cake. Staff always friendly.

Poor experience.... I went with my wife. We ordered coffee and one ham and cheese toastie's. And one chicken chiroze panniers. The coffee was made and put on the tray and left there to get cold. Before the food order was ready it was only the fact I mentioned it to the cashier that the guy put on the toastie's to heat up.. Mmm. No enthusiasm on his job. Perhaps he should do dishwashing instead of being in the publics eye. And then to cap it of he put the wrong panniers in. So we got , a cheese and salad pannier instead of the chicken and chiroze . Both hot dishes arrived luje warm the cheese had not even melted!!! All in all not very impressed.The only good thing. There sausage rolls are very tasty but unfortunately will not be returning
