New Town in Chelmsford

We’ve been using New Town for years and their food is always excellent. We’ve tried other local Chinese takeaways and they just don’t compare. Can’t rate them highly enough!

Delivery was extremely fast so I can't complain on that front 15mins from ordering. On the other hand the food didn't match up to the speed of delivery. Had a chicken curry which had no vegetables in just chicken with curry sauce poured on it and the rice was luke warm. The other dish was lemon chicken the chicken was cooked nicely unfortunately there was hardly any lemon sauce. The special fried rice was nice apart from the peas where very Hard. Overall I wasn't impressed
