The spicy jackfruit pizza tasted pretty good. I definitely recommend it as a vegan/vegetarian option. The service was also great. However, the food was served lukewarm, and the pizza cooled quickly which detracted from the overall experience. For dessert, we wanted ice cream, but to our dismay the salted caramel and mango & raspberry had run out. The coconut ice-cream was the best I've ever had, however the portions were so meagre! For the price, a scoop of icecream the size of a baby's fist was not enough. I was even considering a trip to kaspas opposite might have proven more worthwhile. The highlight was certainly the passion fruit cheesecake. The explosion of textures and flavour in my mouth was to die for.

Try to book especially on the weekends as it is busy and packed. The staff are quite nice however seem quite exhausted so perhaps longer breaks for the staff. The food was delicious as always but a little bit hot. I'd like to recommend bringing your own bibs/cutlery for the little ones since the restaurant don't offer it. Not much in terms of entertainment but nothing wrong with that. Try to sit away from the bar as its awfully noisy.

Popped in for a celebratory lunch after wedding dress shopping, and I'm so impressed! My friend's allergies were taken very seriously, they even put a flower on our table to mark that we needed to avoid certain allergies. Because of the allergy, we were served by management, a lady called Veronica. She was kind, friendly and super patient, my friend has never had such good care taken of her in any restaurant. We were even given the full guide when we sat down, and left to go through it at our own pace. On top of everything, the food was delicious! Would definitely eat with Veronica and her team again 💖

So I want to start off by saying the food wasn’t bad it was pretty average. However what left me and my partner unimpressed was the service its self.We was sat at a table with a table level ledge which was covered in ants. I appreciate it was a really hot day and there was trap but this wasn’t seeming to be affective at all. I don’t think the at national food safety would be very happy with this at all but when I made staff aware they simply said sorry and didn’t offer any type of resolution to us. I also want to say that the service was particularly slow , I wouldn’t say the restaurant was particularly busy yet we was waiting 20minutes after we had finished with no sign of a waiter coming anywhere near our way. Again I understand they may have simply not be aware we had finished so I got up and found waiter and asked for the bill … we waited a further 10 minutes for the bill and another 10 for a card machine to be brought over and I don’t feel this was a fair time to wait considering the lack of business.I hope this was a one off experience and we just caught them on a bad day but it puts me off returning personally.

Food was really good, and portions were great. So much so that we had to take back home! Would recommend, service was lovely.

Really liked it, their spritzer cocktails were lovely and though they had no mozzarella aranchini balls for their starter on the 3 courses for 20.95, they agreed to swap it for the fondue starter. Brilliant service.

We enjoyed the 3 courses for £21. There were 2 vegan mains to choose between and a lovely bruschetta for starter. Probably the best I've had. We enjoyed the food but maybe found the staff a bit absent from our table. Saying that, it was a good evening and happy with the price.

A relaxing visit to Zizzi. The server was ever so helpful as I was struggling with identifying what was gluten free on the menu. The free pasta crisps were a cute touch and surprisingly pleasant! We opted for three courses. I ordered the garlic bread starter which was the same size as my pizza main. I would have much preferred it smaller. I hate wasting food so tried to eat it all but then could only manage half my main 🙈 The main pizza was delicious and so creamy. The gluten free dessert options were limited and the sundae was pleasant but not something I would ever eat again. I love the ambience in Zizzi, being able to see into the kitchen is such a treat!
