Subway in Chelmsford

Very rude staff won't go in there shouted at me for ordering sub sandwich iasked for meal deal when I went to pay the till they wanted me to pay £10 for a sandwich I said no I'm not paying that price I said I wanted my ordeal he belittled me and shouting at me in front of other customers I felt very frightened and I will never ever go in there again he is a bad manageror staff employee needs training very rude man not going there need staff training to talk to customers nicely even though they are wrong I would give no stars for this subway be warned

I went to this subway store I got food long steakThe staff was very kind the salad and meat counter was amazingThe bread was Fresh and the sub was really tastyI appreciatedAnd the store nice and clean

Definitely the worst subway I have ever been in, the guy serving had his face mask under his chin, and stroppy attitude, will not be going back.

They don't deserve even a single star. I have been to many Subway, even at motorway Subway. This one is bad in everything. I ordered 2 foot long spicy Italian, I never had Subway sandwich with v low filling. I will not go back to them ever, even if I am starving.

The WORST subway I've ever been to. The staff are always surly and the sandwiches are always low on fillings and made poorly.I'd rather walk into town to get a sandwich from another branch or Cooper's.

Feels a bit lonely in there. I imagine working in subway to be the most depressing experience ever.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and drink. Server wore gloves (good) but they were cross contaminating. They were using them for everything that they did. The chips were soggy. Needed the toilet, the toilet itself was very dirty, floor was grubby and there was no toilet paper.

Phoned up about an online order. Man on the phone was very rude and lied to me on one or more occasion won't be ordering or going there ever again

Walked in after a very long time. Ordered a 2 chicken salad boxes( they only had 1 box) so took that, wasn't even asked if I wanted the meat heated, put in about 15 shreads of lettuce and was real poor with the onions, jalapeno,corn and peppers.(even though I asked for double meat)Didn't have a fork to eat it with so gave me a spoon.When I opened it for lunch 3 hours later found bacon bits mixed with the chicken, and as I don't eat bacon had to throw the whole box.Very good place before now thinks it needs to close down.
