Some of the best onion rings I've ever tasted.

The food was OK as was the beerA nice atmosphereA bit surprised by a 10% service charge on my bill, it's a pub not a restaurant after all. We are happy to return but will question the service charge next time

Great friendly pub, just what you want if you fancy a drink or a meal. Staff are all friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. Lovely food cooked to perfection.

Very cold. heating turned on after they opened. Undercooked chips, overcooked eggs, fatty ham, dirty cutlery and the barmaid said the only bitter they had was pale ale!

Would have been better if l hadn't had to have my first four choices of meal declined as they had run out. Basic food, l ended up with eggs, chips & ham which was alrightBUT OMG the chessecake was divineNice clean pub

Friendly staff and good food. Eight bikers turned up from our local BMW section for the ham/eggs & chips or ploughman's. Weather was warm so we sat outside. Good parking are although gravel.

Had a very enjoyable lunch here. Booked in for 2 of us and a few other tables were in eating, so not too busy. Our food was very well presented and delicious. Staff were friendly and engaging. Service was quick and excellent. Will return for an evening meal next to try that out. Nice to have a local pub we can walk to that has good food and atmosphere. Definitely recommend and hopefully it'll go from strength to strength.
