Bar-b-q House in Colchester

Ordered at 1am, food arrived at 2am. The food arrived with the wrong sauce inside therefore I wouldn’t eat it. I tried calling the restaurant 11 times but Ofcourse they closed so I waited until the next evening. When I rang the next evening they said no way they were there at 2am & they had no phone calls, even though I was telling them I can provide proof & I even still had the wrap to show it’s the wrong sauce. They said they don’t believe I tried to ring & therefore there is nothing they can do & I wasted my money. Absolutely disgusting service, shouting at their customers down the phone. Do not recommend.

Love this place because, they make the best crispy chicken in Colchester Town. Love it.

Went to order on uber eats so i called to see what icecream they had they answered the phone and was like no no i dont care go away im fed up then hung up!! Ill never order here again

Kebab wrap was cold and the pizza was soggy between cheese and base. Whole meal was not edible.

Ordered from this restaurant several times and usually have a good experience, but on my final time.. double payment was taken from my account,I asked for an explanation and a refund for one payment upon which they couldnt give me an explanation!! I've still not received my refund after 10 days after several attempts to contact them,

Ordered at 7:30pm, only a small order, currently 9:43 and it still hasn’t showed up, phone multiple times, by 9:05 the food hadn’t even left yet despite being confirmed delivered at 8:30, at 9:35 they confirmed it would be 2-5 minutes, 10 minutes later and it’s no where to be seen, the shop is only 2 miles down the road, poor customer service

Ordered via deliveroo, they forgot my coke, the food size was underwhelming and despite it being £7 the entire thing was bulked out with chips, a small handful of kebab meat. I have previously ordered with them and quite liked them, so it's a shame to be let down like this, I shall be taking my trade elsewhere, a true shame

Hair found in food attached to chicken, phoned restaurant they were rude and accused me of lying, refused to offer anything so had to go through just eat to complain and get a refund. Will never use again

Used to be supurb. Now, don't bother. 9 times out of 10 is late and a good chance of items missing. Order last week and again today, both times delivery was over an hour and a half. No point ringing or saying anything as you just get fobbed off. Go elsewhereEdit: Accussed of stealing a £5 meal after ordering weekly and spending approximately £1200 a year, despite many previous issues that I've not complained about including an error Just a day before? No, I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on, you have had more then enough chances. Food, fine. Customer service. Nah. Go to Ali's BBQ house. Even if you are a long time customer, you will eventually see how you are treated time and time again.

Ordered food at 7.15. Told would be 45 mins to 1 hr, fine. After 1.5 hrs still hadn’t turned up, called and told on its way. 2 hrs later called and told not sure what’s happening, will call driver. Driver calls and says food is cold need to go back and re cook. Fine. 2.5 hrs later call and they say don’t know where food is. We call driver who says we cancelled food (no we didn’t!) call shop and they say we can have food for free. Call 20 mins later and they hang up, so we make toast for dinner. 10.35 food turns up, I say food is free he says no free bottle of coke, I say no thanks then, we have now eaten as ordered 3 hours ago, driver argues, said we have had 2 orders and wasted their time!!!!! Have ordered from here for 10+ years at leas a couple of times a month, will never ever use again.
