Bodrum Kebab House in Colchester

Used to be good, now absolutely horrible. Chips seem to be cooked twice from the night before. If you pay cash expect to wait up to an hour if you pay card 10 minutes. Don't buy from here. Go to rose kebab much better

The food allways is great, Good staff & if you want good quality food I will fully recommend, If you are ordering a pizza I have seen how they prepare the dough, Everything is fresh.

Lovely food, Highly respected the staff amazing Head chef i met tonight I wanted a pizza but was worried fresh/frozen, Well from me too you the staff as i asked can you bring the pizza dough out too see if it was fresh, Can I tell everyone the dough is fresh and if you want great food and a fantastic experience this is the place too order and im not just saying that, Enjoy thumbs up from me X 😘

Customer service very bad also when u order online or through the phone always items are missing and when u call for missing items they speak very rudely. I will not order from this shop anymore....

Chicken wings. Even before tasting just look at the pic. Already cooked and refried to order. Tasted disgusting. I want a refund.

Ordered a kebab arrived with meat only no salad no peppers terrible.Chips also terrible dry and tasted old.Last of all garlic bread its not garlic bread its plain garlic bread without the garlic. It was hard and dry. So hard I probably would have broke a tooth on it terrible I had to throw it all away. i do not recommend this takeawayVery disappointed.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our order was missing 2 items. When I called up to complain I was accused of lying because it was "impossible" that they'd made a mistake, then I was hung up on. Didn't get my money back or the missing items.Absolutely disgusting service.

Ordered 2 x chicken diner kebabs & chipsOnly x 1 had saladHad to throw in a salad of my own minus the cabbageI did call to report missing salad and was told next time to ask for extra salad to make up for the error.They apologised and explained they were busyAccidents/orders can go wrong but with a takeaway can’t be rectified in good time

Absolute joke. Sent me the wrong food. The staff said he wouldn’t have accepted my order because it was too small, why was it accepted then? Said I had to wait over 2 hours for my order and he wouldn’t hurry it up because my order wasn’t worth a lot. Absolute joke customer service. Proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t refund me I have to wait. Unreal. Got my money back from just eat. Scum

Just ordered large Kebab. Asked if I could have mine fresh from the grill. Guy advised it was fresh. Well after diving in to it I see kebab in bits and chilly sauce did not taste like it. Towards the end I had grease pouring out and I could not eat the last bit. As you can see lots of grease in the photos and I would not advise anyone to trust these for a fresh kebab with no grease.
