Nice and friendly environment (although it can get a bit loud when it's really busy) with lovely staff, good food, cheap prices and big portions.Food quality is okay but you get what you pay for and you do get a lot, so no complaints there. The only downside is the toilet wasn't clean, the floor was completely soaked... And it wasn't something you'd like to smell during your meal.Overall it's a good place for a quick bite to eat.

Unbelievable food at a great price. I drove past the diner a few days ago and was determined to try it out. So glad I did. The burgers are excellent. The chicken nuggets really meaty and the onion rings to die for. Only a little moan. The fries are more like small chips rather than fries, but apart from that we loved it all. The interior is kitted out like a 60's dinner jukebox playing great music at a level loud enough to hear but not drown out a conversation. Milk shakes are great, ideally should be bigger as they are just superb. Friendly staff to boot makes it a place we will go back to again and again.

Great staff, very accompanying! Food was delicious and very filling. My son loved the music and the atmosphere, he was being extremely loud but didn't seem to annoy anyone!Food tasted amazing and we couldn't get enough of the creamy milkshake! Some of the best chips we've eaten! Will be back soon🍔

Good Food and Friendly Service . A first time visit however we were surprised that they didn't serve Malted Milks ( or know what it was) or diet Root beer. This didn't effect the experience. The chicken Burger was delicious and the Veggie Burger was according to our Vegetarian companion " Unexpectedly good" . Winner !

Decided to try again after a mediocre meal last time, so glad we did, vast improvement, friendly staff, clean environment and a lovely 'big breakfast'. I'm usually a big eater but even I couldn't manage to eat it all, left the diner full and contented, will definately be back 👍

Visited a few days ago for the first time. I was very excited to go to a 50s themed Diner for my birthday, and the interior certainly loved up to my excitement. The food arrived quickly but unfortunately the service was poor and I felt very unwelcome. The staff seemed more interested in playing with their kids than serving us. Waitress put the plates on our table and walked off - I'd usually expect "can I get you anything else?" and to be asked if everything is OK with our meals a few minutes later, or for plates to be cleared once we've finished eating. But it felt like we'd been forgotten - after half an hour with no one coming to our table, my boyfriend went up to the counter and asked for a dessert menu. After waiting another 15 minutes for someone to take our order, we just asked for the bill and left. Even when paying, she said the amount and nothing else! (usually you'd expect some small talk and to be asked if you enjoyed the meal!)The restaurant only had 3 tables occupied at most so it certainly wasn't busy, but the staff were more interested in throwing paper aeroplanes around. A real shame as this isn't far from me but I don't think I'll be back after this experience.

Lovely staff, food/Breakfast ok but perhaps a little less deep frying foods and maybe using an oven and change the oil too. My wife could taste onions on the mushrooms and the mushrooms were deep fried to cook or reheat them... eggs were grey on bottom.

Called in for breakfast, slightly expensive but worth it! Everything about it was flavoursome! The girls serving were friendly as well. Easy listening music in the background, Cushty table and chairs. No complaints, good service!

Good value English breakfast, tasty just as expected, ate the lot. Homemade pancakes not good to be honest. Being a main feature on the breakfast menu hoped they would be much fluffier and not chewy. They forgot the drinks but made them fairly quick after we asked. Would come back for the fry up.
