Burger King in Colchester

The staff here was rude , when we finally got our food it’s was boiling hot and my friend burnt her mouth on the food. I asked for a crispy chicken and there was no sauce no lettuce no nothing leaving it dry and bland I also asked for two regular fries and they charged me for two large ones.

Long cues meant a long wait, made worse by deliveroo riders taking up one till, there are only 2!! Food very average, no wonder there disappearing from the high street. Toilet was disgusting, hand washer useless. I will not be returning

I had an absolutely appalling meal at burger king the other day. I went inside and it was so dirty I felt sick. I even saw a rat running across the floor whilst I was trying my meal. I felt disgusted. The place needs a deep clean as soon as possible. There is mold all over the walls and has a putrid smell. The staff were very inconsiderate and rude. They had no manners and one even starting shouting at me because I was scared of the rat!!!! Excuse me madam but you should definetly get the rat our if the restaurant very soon. Staff was disgraceful. Not to mention my food was disgusting and I found multiple hairs in it!! They really need a hygiene check. I also found mini rocks inside my chips? And a nail in my ketchup packet. This was actually disgusting.

First of all the place looks like its stuck in the 80s really needs a face lift.Spent 15 minutes in a queue with only one person serving to eventually get served to find out they don't sell the bacon king any more but you can't see the menus from 4 miles down the resurant queue and after waiting all that time I settled for a xl bacon double cheese which was bearly warm. Take a bite to find they don't put sauce in this burger? So for a burger that costs like £9 you can't put sause in it. And to top it off had no bbq sause for me to add to the burger. Absolute shambles will not be returning.

Service was fast , my halloumi fries and onion rings were not very hot. The place was clean and tidy.

Service was a little slower than usual, probably as there were three staff at the front and one at the back preparing food!!

Food was fine but too little staff behind the counter can make for long ques, and a lack of staff clearing tables too.

Do NOT order from Just Eat for Burger King. My wife and I ordered twice and both times it said "dispatched" and then "delivered". Both times we got nothing. Spoke to restaurant who advised food never even *left* restaurant. Drivers never turned up and food was binned. No one called us, we had to speak to Just Eat. Drivers were taking jobs for the money but not doing the work. Met with absolute apathy from restaurant over this shocking customer service and blatant fraud.

Food was quite good but we asked for the share box of chilli cheese bites because they’re really good but they gave us the normal share box which has onion rings, chicken strip things, a few chilli cheese bites and some other stuff. Was kinda annoying as I don’t really go to burger king much at all

20 Minute wait for food , no ketchup for the fries telling me they have run out. As a non perishable product I cannot understand how any person competent in stock taking could allow a fast food restaurant to run out of tomato ketchup. Toilets were unacceptably dirty with no hand soap. So I had to eat my meal dry with dirty hands . The manager who appeared completely incompetent just gave me a blank stare when these issues were brought to her attention (Judie)
