Domino's in Colchester

Quick service. Very empty but good food. I would recommend the chicken strips and cookies.

If you don’t have cash you can’t eat ..not recommend

Terrible service. Ordered a delivery after one hour waiting, we called the store and they said that it’s a 90 minute wait but we weren’t made aware of when we ordered. No apology and the woman on the phone was rude and dismissive. Pizza arrived cold and hard. Delivery man was cute though.

There are not giving a proper food and the lady who served me was very rude. Yup but pizza is good but customer service is not so good.. I visit next time if not good customer service i will complain.. But food is very tasty😋

Today at Oaks Hospital Colchester we put on a feast for our 350 team members to mark it as a thank you for their hard work and resilience through the pandemic. Cosmin the manager at Dominos was absolutely INCREDIBLE from beginning to end. We gave prior notice that we would be ordering 46 large pizzas, and the on the day he and his team did not disappoint. The pizzas arrived hot and ON TIME! Each was delicious and there was plenty. Thank you so much for what can be a stressful task to organise to make it run so smoothly! I am so impressed!

I order a pizza for me to pick it up at 21:15. I got there at 21:19 and the pizza wasn’t even being done. Waited further 20 min in order to be cooked. Fair enough they gave me some cookies to make it back but 20 min were lost when it shouldn’t be like that at all. Pizza was tasty as it always is ! KR

Look, it has had dreadful reviews. You complain and complain and complain and yet you keep going back to be treated with contempt by staff, who by their attitudes, must think that you are utterly contemptible.Have some self respect. Keep good food at home and if you really need to push yourselves and your poor children towards obesity and diabetes, then patronise a business that offers quality and good customer service.

I ordered my pizza at 20:02 and it arrived around the approximately 20:56 this was a great service I received at this time but unfortunately there has been times where I haven’t received my pizza on time waiting almost over an hour and a half for it to arrive, I recommend Domino’s Pizza but at the same time I do not recommend it to close family and friends

Always tasty. Always quick. Appeared a bit smaller than usual but hey probably best... Less calories?
