Quickly seated, staff were polite and friendly and service was quick. Delicious food and lots of vegan options.

Dear mr Frankie and mrs benny. We attended your establishment for my nieces birthday, she was very excited and had invited 12 of her family members to attend and it was something we where looking forward too. If fact it as all we have been talking about for the last few weeks. The evening starting well, the conversation was flowing and a good time was being had by all the family, but then disaster struck!!! Our meals arrived 1 hour and 27 minutes after our initial order, this was a bit of an inconvenience but we thought ho hum let’s just try and make the most of it. While i tucked into my double burger with fries and a side order of mayo sauce, my other guests astarted an arumbling!!!! As they put their teeth into the assorted selected of burgers, pizzas and pastas instead of enjoying a piping hot foodage they where horrified and dumbfounded to be greeted with ice cold food. The whole atmosphere changed in an instant. Tears stayed flowing and my mother (now in her late 70’s) started to have a panic attack!!!! We called the manager over to discuss our concerns but was only offer our meals to be reheated over an open camp fire. We decided to try and make the most of it and continue our meals. But then, and you won’t believe this the fire alarm stated to chime. No one told us what to do and we sat there no knowing whether to leave or continue to eat our cold and soggy food. Just then a waiter came out of the kitchen with his left arm in flame. It was then when we decided enough was enough and we left!!! Overall I’d rate it 8.5

I had a good time my pizza was warm and tasted lovely. Everyone around me was moaning for some reason and we had to leave for the fire Alarm so my pizza was free. Bosh

Had to leave. Seated for 20 mins, nobody even looked our way. No drinks orders taken. Wasn’t even very busy. Zero stars if I could.

First breakfast here and amazing. Took kids and they loved it and really reasonably priced! I'll be back for sure

Great service. Nice food. Quick firendly polite and observant waiter. Nice cokctails, starters, mains and deserts for both vegan and meat eaters. No complaints. A sold 4/5. Look forward to eating and drinking here again.

I had my worst ever meal out.The best part about dining in the facility were the staff. There were bubbly, happy and extremely polite. The food was below the standard expected...

Not the cheapest place about but a lovely atmosphere with relaxing music throughout. Lovely menu. I would recommend the pasta with meatballs or the pizzas with a side of cheesy garlic bread ! Don’t eat too much the desserts a great too. Save up before you go. Very clean inside and also always the facilities. Great for any celebration meals.

We went for lunch at Frankie and Benny's and it was OK... Got served fairly quickly, place was tidy, staff were friendly, food tasted OK, price was reasonable (2 courses for £10 at lunch). Menu lacked a bit of variety, and it didn't help that they couldn't do a number of items on the menu (which we was told a few minutes after looking at the menu..!)It was all in all an OK experience, nothing terrible but also nothing exceptional / special. I would go again, possibly take the kids as it felt quite child friendly.
