Golden Pizza in Colchester

Ordered a pizza at 12:30 and they pretend they still had the order all the way until 1:30 until they stopped answering the phone at 14:00 where I was left waiting all night for the pizza that nevered arrived C**ts!!!

Refused to deliver my order just because ONE part of the road was closed but expected me to walk to the restaurant at 1:45am to get a refund! Not one ounce of effort made to deliver my food!!

i've order off of Uber eat the food took an hour to received , the Lamb kebab was awfull only the good bit was the sodas ( i've ordered fantas , i've received diet coke ) never againg from "GOLDEN" pizza

Golden pizza, golden fry and whatever else you want to call yourselves, your food is utterly disgusting. My food arrived slightly warm and as soon as I tasted it I could tell it had been in a microwave! Dirty.

After receiving the wrong order I was told that as the restaurant was closing to call back tomorrow and they’d give me my meal for free. I attempted to call the restaurant over 30 times and was ignored! Absolutely fuming! I didn’t receive my free meal nor did I get a refund! Complete an utter joke who runs a business like this!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely food awful service and never the right stuff in order. Only decent person towards costumers is there driver! Shame. I wouldn't bother.

Most discusting place ever, the guy on the phone is a complete and utter lier, and the driver he used was a lier too! They need Shutting Down! The food was completely dry and Stone cold. Never again

Very nice food, I liked the pizza & onion rings but the order did take a bit to come, around an hour and a half. That’s why it lost a star as unfortunately this wait resulted in slightly cold onion rings but the pizza was nice and hot. Overall 4/5.

Very tasty pizza, kebabs and chicken and superior service 😍 It was our second time here and we will definitely be back!

I got fish and chips and 1 fried chicken from Golden Fry. The fish had no taste it was very plain and I ordered a large Cod but as you can see on the photo it was pretty small.The chips were okay not too bad but nothing special.And lastly the most disappointing factor about this review was the one piece fried chicken. As you can see from the photo it was so small had no batter on it either it was just plain had no taste and was very disappointed that it was so small.Overall it’s not the worst ever take away but I would certainly not go there again for food.
